Sun gets a surprise and is utterly delighted by what he learns!
Iris would really like it if the babybones would stop trying to give him heart attacks.

AntiVoid

Sun couldn't believe he forgot how creepy this place truly was.

Sure he had been here many times mainly with stalker but he had to say, this time the creepiness from this place was somehow worse then he ever remembered and yet at the same time also better .

That is to say, this place made zero sense to his mind and he hated it, apart from the weird energy he was feeding from. That wasn't too bad and was oddly filling....

He hadnt even noticed he had been feeding from the surroundings until Iris meowed, quickly cutting it off and feeding from them instead, a tad wary about the way his body was acting without his conscious input.

He might dislike having his food options restricted but he would rather go for a known and more importantly safe food option, then whatever this place was. He really should have researched this place more but to his credit, he never expected to be stuck in it for so long.

...actually, he had no clue how long he had been here. Not like there was an easy way to tell and his phone seemed just as useless, telling him the same time even when he knew for certain it had been at least a few minutes.

"Meow!"

"I wasnt staying with the idiots. I don't regret my choice, Iris"

"..meow?"

"Of course i would have left you behind if i could. If i didnt think you wouldnt make a noise to get their attention, i would have gone alone"

"Meow.."

"What? You thought I trusted you ? After what happened? I kind of thought you were more intelligent then that.."

He was amused how simple some monsters could be, unsure why Iris seemed so shocked by the truth. Iris's 'Creator' had unintentionally been the catalyst of this whole mess and he wasnt stupid enough to trust that Iris had his best interest at heart, no matter what they said.

He went back to ignoring their pleas to 'turn back and find the adults again', at this point more than happy to spend eternity right where he was. This place was creepy but at least it wasn't smothering him or trying to take away his freedom.

The AntiVoid might be oppressive but that seemed to be in its nature and he hardly blamed it. It didnt feel that sentient and going by Iris puffed up fur in distress, the creepiness was hardly personal.

The AntiVoud just was and that was something he could appreciate.

He sighed when Iris meowed pitifully, as if that would somehow sway him to change his mind. They no longer had that hold on him, coldly walking past them and even speeding up his steps to show his displeasure.

He didnt care about the fake bullSHITAKE that stated that monsters were made out of 'love, hope and compassion'. To him it sounded like some propaganda to make monsters seem harmless buts its not like anyone usually cared for his opinion.

He was just a 'stupid child' after all, naive to the harsh relatives of the world as if he hadn't gone through more than the average adult ever had .

He enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place, frowning when Iris jumped onto his shoulder and lay there but didnt bother pushing them off. Their weight was surprisingly negligible and currently he felt better than ever!...he didnt expect it to last but he could hope.
