Chapter 4- The Creator is Worried (Birth Multiverse)

Ink gets some answers and Dream is disliking seeing Nightmare again

Nightmares Castle

Ink kept up his whining the whole time till he realised he had been taken to Nightmares castle.

"Error? Why are we here? I can't leave Sunny alone for long, they might get lonely without me!"

Error doubted this very much as he had yet to find anyone who could stand to be near Ink for long. The resignation that Dream wore was very familiar to him and made him suspicious on how long Ink had had them for.

" Sunny? I thought their name was officially Dream? "

"They don't like it, so i'm trying out new ones till they look happy...it is taking a while though"

How the Creator could be so childish yet have moments of insight was a mystery, one he was happy to leave alone. He did not want to know what was going on in their head. Sometimes the truth could be more terrifying than the imagined answer.

" Ink. How long were they in the Doodle Sphere for? You know Nightmare has been searching for them for months "

Ink pouted at Error for ruining his fun. He had just come over to ask some questions about his new friend, not be interrogated! How rude!

"A few years, give or take. I stopped counting. I was waiting till they stopped trying to dust me everyday. They can be really touchy on the strangest things"

Error tried to calm down as he could feel his glitches acting up, at the stupidity he was hearing. Whoever had given the title of Creator to Ink was an idiot. He hated that they could manipulate their space to slow down time. It always was a mess when they came out, suddenly with a new crazy idea that they just 'had to' try. Now he would have to deal with it..again.

" Squid...why did you come to me in the first place? "

Maybe he would get less of a headache from this?

"Oh yeah. I think they are broken. They won't accept my magic to help them recover, from being petrified. They couldn't even read! Something has to have gone wrong in their AU. You must have seen something Error"

" Error.. Ink . What are you two doing here? "

Great, just what Error always wanted. He had come here as it was the first place he thought of to get more privacy. He didn't want to deal with Nightmare or his pets. His opinion of the other had only lowered from what he had learned. The other had sounded like every other Sans, when talking about their brother, but the CHECK didn't lie.

" Ink, get ready to catch them "

With no warning he opened a portal above them and out of it dropped the Positivity Guardian, easily caught by the Creator. The look on Nightmare's face was priceless at the surprise guest.

"Nooooo. It was getting to the good part. Let me go back. Also, can you get rid of the string? It's getting itchy"

Error snorted at the monster who was acting like such a child. Considering what he had read, this was a good thing. His scarf would now be a sign for others to back off from them. Having his magic infused in also had the bonus of annoying Ink. They could get rather territorial of what they considered 'theirs'.

"Did you miss me, Starlight? Of course you did! Give me a big hug"

" I will end you! "

Error whistled appreciation at the sheer rage they were emitting. Reminded him of Nightmare in the early days.
