Sun realises his view of the world has been far too narrow and is not happy to discover it can get even worse!

"They are so very tiny! It's impressive how much magic they have. Their feline forms are so much bigger then I expected..although their house cat form was rather smaller...what an exciting babybones!"
Sun hid his face into 'Cross's' fluffy jacket as he was rudely poked every so often by Ink, trying to tune out Ink but the many ways they were calling him tiny was starting to tick him off. He hadnt dealt with such a rude Creator in a while and if he also wasnt half terrified out of his mind he would happily show them just what this 'tiny' monster could do.
"You dont poke children, Ink, especially this one. You are agitating them"
He shivered at the large hand that covered his skull in what he assumed was supposed to be a soothing way but feeling the things magic so close was setting off all his instincts. He wanted to summon his ears and tail again for comfort but he didnt dare to, as he knew that would show what he was feeling far too clearly.
He needed to keep his cards as close to his chest as possible, even if he knew it was rather unlikely they hadn't realised how he was feeling right now.
"But, Cross! They are just too cute! I haven't seen anything this impressive in ages. I mean just look at them! They are like a mini Dream!...wait, did I accidently make them? I was sure i split up the Guardians into four and not five.."
Not even hearing Corrupted choke and let out a whimper was enough to lift his mood, clutching his Golden cat plushy like a life line and trying to shut off his senses so he could pretend he was anywhere but here right now.
It was an endeavour doomed to failure, his magic control feeling absolutely shot after whatever 'Cross' had done to him. He might no longer feel like a balloon about to be overfilled but this wasnt any better in his opinion, feeling so very vulnerable without his magic and felt like it trickled uselessly between his fingers whenever he tried to summon any.
This might actually be his least favourite multiverse ever, never feeling so aware just how much bigger everyone was compared to him then right now. Even when he just left his birth AU he had felt some control but now it was all taken from him, never feeling more like a child then this exact moment.
"Hey now. There is no need to cry, little chaos. I'll help you. It's ok, you are safe. You wont have any issues soon"
He hadnt even realised he had been crying, flinching when the large hand brushed the tears from his face, eyelights wobbly at their 'promise'. He had heard that exact same thing from far too many monsters and even stalker had promised to 'care for him' but that turned into Code manipulation and caused him to end up in this position in the first place of having his Code and body break down.
He didnt care what their emotions said or how honest they were, as he had learned many monsters that could manipulate their own emotions, unsure he could trust a thing about the monster holding him.
-
Corrupted had no clue how he ended up in this position and was frankly too bewildered to ask, staring down at the small monster in his arms with a wide eyelight. He hadnt had a choice to hold them and had no clue where Cross and Ink had gone but prayed it wasnt going to be something that would cause even more headaches in his future.
He was exhausted and needed a break, unsure how life was more stressful with peace then it was before.
The answer was always Ink and all evidence pointed to them always being the cause of one issue or another.
