The idea is to create a box with things to help against self-harm urges. You can use a shoe bad or anything else that's big enough to include everything you need but doesn't take too much space.

Some ideas for content:
- pictures of pets and loved ones (family/friends/partner)
- pictures/items that remind you of good memories
- reasons to stay clean
- a list with skills
- pens/markers (to draw butterflies or anything else), maybe include a red one
- music (mp3 player)
- tissues
- chocolate
- chilli flakes
- essential oil
- rubber band/hair tie
- cardboard to tear apart
- spiky ball/hair brush to press on your skin
- sensory/stim toys
- a note to yourself
- helpful phone numbers
- disinfection stuff
- bandaids
- self care/spa things
- anything that makes you happy
- anything else you want to include

I recommend having some things always on you (for example a hair tie on your wrist) so you don't have to get the box when it's urgent or you're too far away from it.
Of course don't put in things that could harm you (candles or bandaids that still have to be cut) or anything that might trigger you.
