Part 46

"I'll get it" Leena said as she opened the door, I wanted to get up and greet my friends at the door so bad but of course I couldn't cause of my stupid fracture

Charlie was first to come into the living room and see me on the couch with my leg spread out

"Well that looks fun" he said before coming over to carefully hug me.

After everyone greeted me too eventually they all sat down somewhere and started having random conversations which went on for about an hour until Leena got up

"Let's bake something, I really crave cookies"

"Oh I want cookies too" I said "I want to bake cookies too" I put on an extra sad face as my sister messed up my hair

"Well shouldn't have broken like all your bones in your leg" she said as she skipped into the kitchen and the others followed her

I reached out to grab my crutches to find that they had fallen down which meant I had to lean over the side to get them

"You're moving too much" Aryan handed me my crutches from the floor and helped me get up from the couch safely "you know you didn't have to get up"

"Yeah I could've just missed out on the fun" I joke back shaking my head

"How long are you like this anyway ?"

"Well it was around 12 weeks originally so now it's like 10 weeks left or something"

"Sucks to be you" I hold up one of my crutches and hit him slightly "ouch, sorry"

"You know last time we backed the cake tasted like shit" I grin as I slowly make my way into the kitchen

"She's still hating on our cake can you believe it ?!" Dior spoke shaking her head at me

"Hey why are you here shouldn't you be staying on the couch"Leah asked me

"I need movement, if I sit on the stupid couch 5 more minutes I will turn into the couch"

"Let's go walk around the house a bit then" she smiled at me "if that's okay ?" The girl looked at Leena and Walker for approval who both just shrugged "alright let's go"

"Always looking for a way to get away from us" Charlie shook his head, I stuck my tongue out at him before slowly walking to the door with Leah

"Belle" she said once we were a little further from the house "is there something going on with you and Aryan?"

"Again ? Leah we talked about this already"

"Well we talked about it over a year ago, a lot can change in that time" I thought about that a bit, a lot had changed in that time and I think my feelings for Aryan might've changed too but not in that way, we just grew closer ... right ?

"There's still nothing going on"

"That was quite a long pause for that answer" she looked at me, I had to concentrate on where I placed my crutches though so I luckily didn't have to look at her

"Jason and I only been broken up for 2 months"

"What are you saying right now ?" She had a huge grin on her face, I didn't have to look at her to know that

"That I don't have any other feelings right now"

"You know 2 months is a long time and you two spent a lot of that time together, talking on the phone as I heard" I didn't say anything, do I like Aryan ? I couldn't. Could I ? "Belle"

"Leah I-" I didn't really know what to say, I thought back about all the times he had been there for me, comforted me, I thought about how comfortable and easy everything was with Aryan. I thought about the strange feeling I had when Sarah had called him cute and asked for his number and when Walker joked about them being soulmates "oh my god" I whisper silently, I stop not daring another step

"Belleee?!" Leah stood in front of me now having the widest smile on her face

"Do I like Aryan, Leah ?"

"I don't know, do you ?"

"I can't-, he's my best friend-, he's Aryan" the girl in front of me didn't say anything, letting me figure that part out myself "shit. Maybe I have like a teeny tiny, itty bitty crush on him" Leah squeaked excitedly

"I knew this moment would come"

"But Leah you have to promise me not to tell him, I can't have this ruin our friendship"

"I promise" I carefully let go of my left crutch holding it with my right hand, standing on my Left leg only and held out my pinky to her

"Pinky promise ?" She intertwined her pinky with mine "How could this happen ? I mean.. I really didn't see this coming"

"I did. He like obviously likes you too"

"He doesn't, like I said he's my best friend, this thing will be over soon it's probably just because he just cared so much for me while I was hurt" there was no way Aryan liked me, there was no way anyone liked me, I was just really unloveable. I had figured that out when I find out my boyfriend and best friend betrayed me together

No one could love me. I guess I'm just not made for love
