Part 134

I moved my eyes back to the sky letting all of his words slowly sink in

If this was only day one then I really didn't want to see where we would end up at the end of filming

"Belle"

"Hm?"

"Let's go back inside"

"You can go"

"I'm not leaving you here on your own"

"I'll be fine"

"Then we'll stay here" I sighed and got up, him following my movement, I didn't dare looking at him another time, scared of what would happen next

We walked down the few stairs, pushing the elevator button and waiting for it to come up to the floor, when the doors opened inside there was a singular man just standing there looking at us

"Oh, we'll just take the next one" Aryan said looking at the man

"There's enough space for all of us here, no ?" The man spoke a little smirk on his face

"No it's fine, really we're still waiting on a few friends it'll get too crowded"

"Oh come on, I don't bite" the guy came a step closer moving his eyes from Aryan to me "it takes so long to get down I'd like a little company, won't you accompany me young lady ?" He came another step closer, I hadn't moved once, I was just standing there still watching the man carefully, but Aryan moved this time stepping in front of me pushing me away from the elevator a little

"Listen, we don't want to take the elevator right now, we're still waiting on a few of our friends"

"I can wait"

"Yeah okay that's enough" Aryan placed a hand on my lower back leading me towards the staircase, I felt goosebumps go out from everywhere that I felt his hand at

"The children nowadays just show no respect" we heard the man mumbling before the door for the staircase closed

"And you wanted to go alone" Aryan said quietly looking at me, his hand left my back leaving a cold spot in the memory of it

"I could've handled him"

"You would've probably gone with him"

"What does that mean ?"

"You're too kind Belle, you would've felt bad for him eventually and you wouldn't have really thought about it"

"I'm not stupid"

"I never said you were. Belle if either of us would've been here alone right now I can only see one way this would've played out and you can't deny that" I sighed nodding

"I know, sorry" I didn't really know why I got defensive about that, I probably would've gone with him and if I couldn't even handle Jason I for sure couldn't have handled a grown man

I leaned on one side of the elevator, closed my eyes and just took a breath, I didn't understand why he was still talking to me and talking so kindly on top of that, maybe I should start being more distant, maybe that way he'll get over me easier

We got out the elevator and walked towards our rooms, I pulled the room card out of my pocket and held it to the door to unlock it

"Good night"

"Night" I whispered back, entering my room and closing the door behind me as quiet as possible without looking at him

I got into my bed and placed my phone back on my bedside table, turning towards the window and just staring at it.

I had to keep my distance from Aryan, because how did we go from not talking at all for weeks to it feeling so natural

How did he make me feel this way within minutes ?

I woke up merely a few hours later to the sun shining brightly into my face, I groaned turning my face into the pillow

"Turn that off"

"You can't turn the sun off Leah"

"Damn the sun" I turned to face Dior walking around the room

"Did any of you leave the room in the night ?"

"Why ?" I frowned at Dior, she turned to look at me

"Cause if you didn't that means someone was in here tonight which is not good" Leah also turned to face Dior now

"I went out don't worry" I muttered getting up from my bed

"Where were you ?"

"Out"

"With ?" I didn't have to see diors face to know she was grinning from ear to ear

"Alone" I walked up to my suitcase thinking about what to wear

"So you just were outside in the middle of the night on your own ? Belle that's like really dangerous, the receptionist said there's this man riding the elevator up and down every night, they called the police on him multiple times but they never actually witnessed something" I just sat in front of my suitcase looking inside it

"That's gotta be like a story to scare children...right" Leah asked looking at us

"No, he's very much real"

"Belle ?!"

"Aryan joined me outside" I muttered pulling out a blue dress with flowers

"Oh ? Is that so ? He just casually joined you outside ?"

"Yeah"

"Okay" I got up and looked at her

"Come on"

"I didn't do anything"

"We're broken up, nothing happened"

"Not even a kiss ?"

"No"

"Are you sure ?"

"Dior"

"Like just a quick-"

"Stop it" my heart was aching terribly as I just looked at the older girl "were broken up, nothing happened, you don't need to make such a big deal out of this" I grabbed my things and got into the bathroom, locking the door behind me and just taking a long breath
