Part 43

"What did you do Walker ?!" Mom said as she came into the office

"Walker punched a fellow student today, we're not quite sure how bad it is yet but we know that his nose is definitely broken, for the rest misses Scobell I would kindly ask for you to figure that out at home, I have an important meeting to get to and would like to quickly talk about what could happen from now on. For one Jason's parents could press charges"

"Jason ?!" Dad asked looking at me and I just nodded

"Like I said the pressing charges could happen since Walker did break Jasons nose and all of it got filmed. For what this affects for Walker in school though,I think we can't expel him for protecting his sister, but I think you know yourself that this was the wrong way to do it" Walker stayed quiet, he didn't think this was the wrong way, not at all "so you're getting a suspension, you will not attend school this week anymore nor next week, after that you can normally come to school again but please if you would keep the punching down. I don't know what happened between Jason and Claribel but I would ask for you to figure that out elsewhere and if you can help it without the violence, if something like this happens again Walker might get expelled, I would advise for it to not happen again though" he looked at me for the last bit and I had to bite my tongue

"Thank you Principal Harris and he won't be doing this again" My mother looked at Walker "right Walker ?"

"Yeah"

We left the office and then headed outside, Leena and I would be staying at school but I needed to talk to Walker

"Walker William Scobell this is not how we thought you to handle a conflict" Mom said when we left the school building "What did he do anyways that made you punch him"

"I over heard him talking about Belle alright ? I told him to stop at first but he kept provoking me so I just... punched him" both my parents stayed quiet after that, they were probably going to talk to Walker at home about this but for now they seemed... I'm not sure but not so disappointed

"Alright you two head back to your classes" Dad said to Leena and me

"But dad, I need to-"

"You can talk to Walker at home, where he will spent a lot of time from now on" I groaned in annoyance "go now, you don't want to miss out on your lessons, we'll see you at home" I looked at Walker, the bleeding in his nose had stopped so it couldn't have been broken but I couldn't help but keep thinking about what the girl in history had told me and if it had anything to do with this

"Come on Belle" Leena nodded her head towards school and we headed back in "you've been in high school for like 5 months and he already had a fight" she said shaking her head "what was Jason saying anyways ?"

"I don't know, that's what I wanted to talk to him about"

"What class do you have now ?"

"English lit. with Mrs. Thompson"

"She's not too bad"

"Nothing can be worse than chem with Mr. Johnson"

"You had chem with Mr. Johnson today ? Oh I feel sorry for you that guy is an asshole" we entered the cafeteria again but this time a whole lot more people were looking at us "hey come on you can sit with me"

"Thank you" we went to the table where her friends sat, they were all really nice I knew them already and they all just kind of minded their own business, keeping their own conversations

The rest of the day went pretty peaceful, I had no more classes with Jason and neither with Valeria so I didn't have to worry about that too much,I occasionally had people coming up and telling me that they liked the show or asking how it all was or if I could like give out numbers of my co-stars

I went to my locker at the end of the day and grabbed a few things out of it, I then went up to walkers locker since he would be needing his things too and didn't have time to get anything earlier

"Your brother is a psycho" I knew the voice too well, I rolled my eyes before turning to her "did you see what he did to Jason ?!"

"Did you know your boyfriend was shit talking me ?"

"That gives him no excuse to do that "

"Doesn't it ? I know some other things he did too by example cheating on me" she just looked at me, furious

"Oh get over it Belle it's been over a month" now I looked at her in disbelief "if you hadn't been so selfish this wouldn't have happened in the first place"

"Yeah okay Valeria I don't have anything to talk to you about anymore" I closed Walkers locker and headed outside

"You need to get over yourself, you're thinking you're better than us now because your show is out, the fame has already gotten to your head" I didn't say anything, because if I started talking I would say things that I might not want to say "see ?' You can't even talk to me anymore, I'm sorry my brother didn't get me into acting"

"Oh please you know damn well Walker had nothing to do with this"

"Do I ? Do you know that ? How do you know he didn't talk to the producers or the casting directors? How do you know he didn't intentionally do worse at the chemistry reads with the others ?"

"Because Walker isn't like that Valeria, I earned my role in that show on my own, because the casting directors saw my acting and liked it. Rick Riordan chose me to play Skylar. Walker had no say in who was casted nor did he manipulate the chemistry reads. I think the person who needs to get over their self is you, I'm not gonna let you talk down to me because you can't handle your jealousy, you can't ruin this for me because you feel miserable in your life" I felt awful saying all that and I hated that she actually got me questioning wether Walker had something to do with this, but like fake it till you make it right ?

I just realised I forgot to post this before work today so here's one a little late 😋

And I wanted to say that I might only post one part tomorrow and the day after that since I have a holiday tomorrow and don't know if I can write at all and the day after I won't be home until 6 pm so like I said I might only post one part those days, sorry for that :(
