"Hello, we're here with Claribel Scobell today, how are you Claribel ?"

"Oh I am quite well thank you for asking, how are you ?"

"I'm doing really well myself, Claribel had her first acting role in the Disney+ show Percy Jackson and the Olympians, can you tell us something about your character ?"

"Yes sure, so I play Skylar Haisley in the show, she is 15 years old and a daughter of Zeus which means she's a forbidden child and let's just say she suffers greatly from it. Skylar is also Percy's older sister because she got adopted by Sally Jackson when she was younger and she is in a relationship with Luke Castellan"

"So she plays an important character, you mentioned she was 15 and you are now 14 if I'm right" I nodded "when you were filming I'm assuming you were around 13 then" I nodded again "so what was it like playing a character who is older than you ? Especially with your twin, Walker playing a character who's 3 years younger than yours"

"Yeah that was a little tricky, because well like you said my twin plays a character younger than mine which means I had to give more effort into seeming older and I mean when we started filming I was taller than Walker by a few inches so I did look a little older but Walker hit such a growth spurt while filming somehow he was so much taller by the finale and it was so complex to play around that so much"

"Speaking of Walker, I hope I don't step too close with this question but I've seen and I think that you probably noticed too a lot of people saying that Walker contributed to you getting casted, do you think there might be something to that"

"Uhm well I have noticed that, it's hard not to" I laughed slightly "Truth is I don't think Walker had to do anything with me getting casted other than, well there wouldn't have been an audition without Walker" he looked a little confused at that

"What do you mean by that ? Did Walker tell you that you should audition?"

"No, I helped Walker audition for his role as Percy and that audition was with a scene with Percy, Annabeth, Grover and Skylar so Leena Tanner and I each read for one of the characters to fill in the dialogue and, I was theatre kid since I started elementary school so I was really feeling those small parts I had to say and well Walker sent in his audition and like 2 or 3 months later mom came into my room and she sat me down and said the casting directors for Percy Jackson asked for you to sent in an audition for Skylar and well I wasn't expecting that so I was freaking out a little"

"You said you were a Percy Jackson fan for long before that too right ?"

"Yes, I had a crazy obsession with the books since 3rd grade, so hearing that I was like what do you mean and audition and well I didn't have any experience other than my school drama club so I didn't know how those worked but like Walkers manager helped me with that and I sent in the audition and then it was silent for months and I was like, well it's fine I because I was t expecting anything and just doing that was already so mind blowing and I thought that it was like no call back. And then one day when I got home from school my Parents said I got invited for the chemistry reads and let me tell you I was freaking out, Walker had already been casted at that point. Then I had all those chemistry reads, most of them were with Charlie and it was so strange to play a couple there at the reads because Charlie is like a good 5 years older than me, but those went well I guess then I had a few with Walker, which also, well we are siblings off-screen so it wasn't that hard to be siblings on-screen and finally I had a few with Leah, Aryan and Walker and then it was silent again for a few weeks and then I got the call back that I got casted"

"Wow that's crazy story, quite an unique one too, you got asked to audition"

"Yeah I didn't even know they did that"

We talked about a lot more, about the first time on set experience, the whole on set experience in general, about the off set experience with all the incoming attention and like a lot more

"Alright thank you for your time Claribel"

"Thank you for having me, I really enjoyed this interview"

"I'm glad to hear that, hopefully we'll see each other again"

"I hope so too, bye" I left the room and went backstage where Dior was waiting for me

"You were amazing girl" she smiled high-fiving me

"Thank you"

Authors note:
I don't really like this chapter but I wanted to give belles backstory so I'm sorry for that
Also I don't know if this is realistic but let's pretend that it is please 😁

Also let's please just imagine that Luke isn't 19 but 17 in the first book/season cause I can't age her character up more 😭
