"Can we talk later?" Tino asked, signing to me.
"Okay," I signed back.
Val and Tino left the nurse's station.
"You can talk to Tino when he returns home after his doctor's visit," Kadia reassured me before leaving to go with Val and Tino.
I left the office and walked past Principal Weston, Banks, his cronies, and their parents. Banks glanced at me and smirked. I hated him. How the hell did I ever have a crush on him in my past life?
I shook my head and left the office to find the cousins and the girls waiting for me.
"How's Tino?" Kass asked me.
"Val and Kadia took Tino to the doctor to ensure Banks' idiot friends didn't do any serious damage. I can't believe they would use a dog whistle." I shook my head in disbelief.
"I can," Preston said.
We walked away from the office before the cousins did some serious damage to the assholes. However, it wouldn't bother me one bit if they did.
"What did you say to Tino?" Ryan asked me.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Tino had a goofy grin when he left the office," River added.
"It's something Tino and I need to discuss later." I didn't want to talk about my situation with the cousins. I wanted to talk to Tino about us without the devils themselves.
Ryan and I had math together and sat beside each other. If Tino were here, he would sit on my other side since he rigged his schedule to mirror mine.
"Hey, Ryan," Carly said.
"Carly, for the last time, go away," Ryan said.
"Oh, you don't mean that." Carly leaned over and shoved her cleavage at Ryan.
"Yeah, I do. I'm not into used things. I have better tastes than that."
"Now, you wouldn't want me to tell my daddy that you're not cooperating, would we?"
"Go ahead." Ryan shrugged.
"It would be a shame if your parents lost business once I tell everyone how lousy they are at planning events." Carly smirked.
Here's a little tidbit about the cousins, aka the brothers. They hate girls who try to blackmail them. Remember the gay incident that turned into the STD incident between us? Yeah, that one. It turned into a full-fledged war between us. Imagine when they don't like someone.
I decided to help Ryan since he and River couldn't use my nonexistent journal against me. Yeah, I don't have one after the last time.
"Hey, Carly," I chirped with a bright smile.
Carly snapped her head to me.
I wiggled my fingers at her. "Hi. I'm sure you're somewhat smart. I hope you are for your sake because it would be a pity if you weren't."
"Was I talking to you? No. So shut your mouth, you stupid bitch."
I arched my brows as Ryan smirked. "Well, that was your first mistake. Your second was assuming the wrong shit."
Before Carly could react, I moved from my desk and belted her. She flew against the wall and fell to the floor in a heap. The other students jumped to their feet in shock before gawking at me.
"Oh, my God. I can't believe you hit her!" A girl exclaimed.
"Pft, that was a love tap." I waved the girl off before returning to my seat.
