"Thinking about getting a haircut?" I ask my older brother, Eros, who is wearing my hairband. His raven black hair has grew a little too much, more than what he's used to.
"Mom says I look good. Like a greek God," Eros says as he leans down to take a bite of his Big-Mac. Eros surprised me and the twins by picking us up from school. He took us to McDonalds, bought us food, and now we're happily eating.
"Mom says that for all of us," Andrew comments.
"Technically, Eros, AKA Cupid, is sort of a Greek God," Aimilios points out. "Achilles, for the hero of the Trojan War, who was the greatest of all the Greek," Aimilos mock. "Adonis for a very handsome young man who had a Goddess love him." He gags which made me laugh. "Callista for most beautiful." He refers to me with a sweet smile. "And then there's me which basically means strength and then there's the lucky idiot Andrew with the normal ass name that means manly! How is that fair?" Aimilios complains.
"We have a weird ass mom," Eros answers. "Plus, the ones that gets the most bullies is Chilly and Denny. The rest of us are okay," Eros points out which his little brother agrees with.
"True, until the teacher confuses one twin for the other," Andrew says which his twin nods.
"You both switch places each time," I lecture which cause them to laugh.
"We're not that difficult to tell apart," Andrew points out as it was nothing, but that's not true. Identical twins tend to be a-like in everything. Even their damn grades are the same or very near the same which is normal as that's now genetics and biology works. They're identical. But because I grew up with them, I know them apart. The family does despite it at first being hard as they love to play the twin game.
"If you stop playing your little games, then people would be able to tell you two apart," Eros mention softly.
"Na-ah," the twins say at the same time.
"James can tell us apart," Andrew mention which now that I think about it, is true. Whenever he comes over or we go over to his, he greets all of us and alway get the twins right. I guess that just because we grew up together.
"His parents can too. However playing with Rosa is fun," Aimilios adds.
Rosa, also sometimes called Rosy, James's little sister that he adores, which everyone adores. She's still young and younger than the twins which is why they treat her like a little sister. That's how it has alway been. My family and James' has alway been close. It's like one big family which is why a part of me is anxious about this whole dating thing.
I notice how the twins are talking to each other, being in their own little world that I can't help, but look at my older brother. "What do you think about James?" I ask which I thought would have him dropping a thousand of question on me but then again, it's Eros. He's been the quiet one or at least knows when to be. Out of all my brother, he's my favourite, and he knows it. But we don't say it since Denny tends to get jealous.
If I need to talk to anyone, it would be Eros. Always. I can count on him to not ask questions when necessary.
"He's family," Eros answers normally but there was a pause which I know all too well. He knows something is going on, and when he looks at me, trying to read me, I put on my best poker face. "Mom and dad adores him. Chilly respects him. Denny loves the kid. He's many of the people I can tolerate. The twins love him..." Eros mention how everyone in the Kwon family feels about James which made me chuckle.
"He's weird," I mention.
"How so?"
"He doesn't like horror movies." Is one thing I point out. "He very social like there was this one time we went to the mall to get a few things once and he saw people from school and you know what he did? He walked up to them and socialized. Like who does that?" I complain as I would have just turn the other way and avoided them but James? Nah, that social idiot just loves greeting and chitchatting.
