James
"No. James." My mom's accent is sharp and fucking terrifying that the hair in the back of my neck rises. Even my damn principal shuts his mouth and slightly leans back of his chair, wanting to put some distance between him and my mother. If he thinks she's terrifying, he should see her with my father.
Dad backs her up and that just makes the situation worst since Dad has the face that literally says to test him. He's Mom's scary privilege. Luckily, I inherited that when I get pissed.
Liam is in the same room. Not the best idea but the kid has ice on his face which does make me feel better but his parents are here.
Two against one.
But my mother is a while damn army.
I remember her and Helene talking about their days and saying how Helene has always been the good cop while My mom was the bad cop. Between the girls, Mom was the scary dog privilege.
"Explain." Mom depend. She shut everyone up. Not wanting to hear what the principal had to say or the kid that gotten beaten up by me. My fist are just now feeling the side effect of those punches. They're bruised but they'll heal. I don't get into fight and when I do, they're usually on the ice, backing up my boys.
I don't know what Mom's reaction was when she got the phone call. I know Dad's at work but wether he received the news or not is something I have no clue of.
"He called Callista a whore." I put it simply. I'm not going to start from the beginning. I know my mother. I know the information she wants. "He wouldn't shut up about it. I can get into details about the things he said but since he's in the room with me, it will make me want to throw another fist at him." I confessed.
Liam's mother stands up, looking over at me before looking at my mother. "You're son is--"
"Finish that sentence I will show you exactly where my son get his violence from." Mom promised.
"I suggest you watch your mouth." Liam's father spoke. He also stood but he took a step towards my mother who was seated. My instinct took over and I moved to stand in front of him. Our height was near but I beat him by two inches I believe. Not only in heigh but also in muscle.
"Or what?" My mother taunt, her accent slipping. "My son takes after my husband so I'll be careful if I were you. Sit down." She spoke to them like children.
They were speechless but my mother was anything but scared. Heck, she never really had much to worry about. I've heard my parents and Calista talk about their past. Mom and Helene apparently met when they were both at their lowest but they way they dealt with their problems where different. What their problems were? I have no clue.
However, form what I understood from mom's past is that Dad gives her the protection and trust she needed. Dad is head over heels for her and I know there's nothing he wouldn't do for her.
"Okay, please. sit down." The principal begs us.
I didn't take my seat until they sat. But from what I saw, Liam's parents were keeping a distance from one another. It felt weird. Maybe it's normal since I grew up with my parents all over each other but around Callista's parent's who were also all over each other.
"From what I heard, my son didn't do anything wrong." Mom defended. Her anger towards me now gone since she's now annoyed. She loves Callista as her own and the fact that she's now my girlfriend and her future daughter-in-law, Mom is twice protective over her.
It's why I only said what Liam said about her.
Mom is on my side.
"My son--"
