There was a knock on my door and before I could respond, it open. I push my chair back a little that way I could turn around and see who decided to politely barge into my room.

And of course, it's my boyfriend.

"I am so mad at many things. But first, take it off. I want to see it." James said, closing the door behind him.

"What?" I'm so confused. What exactly does he want to see and what is he so mad about?

"Your arm, Callista. Show me your damn arm." He made it clear what he want and by his tone, he's not leaving until I show it to him.

"Seriously? Milos told you?" I questioned, insulted how my damn brother told on me to my boyfriend. I mean, it was already bad enough to be lecture by Dad and Eros and soon getting lectured by Achilles and Adonis on the phone.

"Milos. My mom and even fucking Dennis. Now, show me your arm." He demanded, taking step towards me.

If I don't show him, I think he might rip my shirt open.

"James--"

"Callista Da-Som Kwon. I am not joking. Your arm." James repeated himself, this time his accent showing.

"I'm not even wearing a bra underneath." I made a quick excuse which isn't a lie as it is late and I'm ready for bed. I'm just finishing up on a few assignments.

"Nothing I have never seen before. Arm." I believe that's my last warning so I sigh and took off my light jacket to show my arm as the loose t-shirt is short sleeved.

It still hurts and I know it's going to hurt like a bitch tomorrow but some ice can soften it. And I had enough of it today. I'll put some on tomorrow for a while before school and some again when I get home from school.

"It's not as bad as--"

"I'm going to kill him." James declares, walking back to my door.

"Woah, woah, woah!" I said, standing faster than I ever did before and running to the door to stop him from leaving. There's no way he's leaving his pissed off like that. "I'm fine. Nothing bad happened. What we should talk about is why you got into a fight in the first place." I explain gently, hoping it would calm him down.

"It doesn't matter. You don't need to know what has been said." James shuts me out. I don't understand why he won't tell me. Do I need to hear it from others? Do I need to hear the rumours and believe the rumours?

He was there. He attacked first (or so has been told). I deserve to know as his girlfriend.

"I'm your girlfriend, James. You don't get to shut me out." I argue.

"Girlfriend?" He slightly laughs as if it was funny. He runs his hand through his hair and then locks me to the door by placing both his hands on it, next to my head. Pinning me in with little room of escape, not that I could or would want to because he would never hurt me.

"Then tell me this." He continued. "Why the fuck where you with him?" James asked. I'm confused until he leaned in, placing his knee between my leg and making it clear to me who he was talking with. "Elio. I saw you leave with him. Together. Apparently you were helping him with his capstone? It doesn't take all day to help him, Callista! Tyler said you never returned to class. Elio did at some point but you didn't. Instead, you get hurt! What, couldn't your lover helped you?" He questioned yet it felt like an accusation.

I felt hurt and most importantly betrayed if he think I went behind his back.

It must have not showed because he continued.
