“Gojo, pick up that body and move it over to freezer three.” Shoko said, not even looking up from her clipboard.

“Me or…?” Satoru pointed at himself before 0.5 walked past him wordlessly and picked up the body, putting it on a metal gurney behind him. Satoru raised his eyebrow beneath his blindfold, “Ya know it was pretty funny when it was Suguru 2.0 but this one is weirder. Something isn't right about him.”

Shoko shrugged, “I didn't finish him, but he’s efficient. He gets the job done much faster than I would alone and I don't have to lift heavy shit.”

“Does he blink?” Satoru asked, lifting 0.5’s blindfold and peering at his lifeless blue eyes.

“Not as often as he should. Sometimes his eyes get dried out and I have to put eye drops on them.” She said, waving her pen in his direction.

Satoru grimaced, “That’s–”

“And if you'll notice he's apparently left-handed for some reason. Probably the body I used as the base.” She said, putting down her clipboard, “He's all around not as good as Geto 2.0 since I didn't take as much time with him, but he's a great worker for the morgue. Doesn't even complain about the smell.”

“Huh…” Satoru just stared at the simulacrum as it finished moving the body and then dutifully returned to a spot by her desk, “Does he… do anything?”

“Like on his own?” Shoko said, looking up at Satoru, “No. He just waits for orders.”

“Didn't Suguru 2.0 like tv?” Satoru asked, taking a step back from 0.5, his eyes never leaving it as if it might jump at him.

“Well, I told 2.0 what Geto liked to watch.” Shoko said, “So he acted like he liked the same things. You're assuming he has any free will, and he doesn't. It's literally a robot without any kind of AI installed. It's like a computer waiting for instructions.”

“... I don't like it.” Satoru narrowed his eyes at it.

“Well too bad. I can always use more help and he's pretty great.” She said, sipping the last of her coffee in her cup, “Now, what did you need?”

Satoru shook his head and then looked back at Shoko, “I'm heading out to meet with Miguel in Kenya. I'm having him train Okkotsu there just like in the story. I don't see any reason not to, unless you have a different suggestion?”

Shoko shrugged, “Nah, I think it's best not to change something unless it's necessary for now. I still think we just start over once we know you can beat Sukuna and just do it all in one go.” She held up her coffee cup at 0.5 and it walked over and took it, then strode over to the coffee pot.

“Suguru agrees.” Satoru nodded after watching the thing, “I wanted to see what you thought too just in case.”

“Is Sarah gonna sub for you while you're gone?” Shoko asked.

“Yeah, she's gonna take the other three out on their missions.” Satoru said, pulling up a chair and plopping down in it.

“Nice.” Shoko smiled, “Means I can take it kinda easy then. If she's with them I probably won't have to heal anyone during school hours.”

“Oh, one other thing!” Satoru said, reaching in his pocket and handing her a small square invitation, “Having a party for the boys’ 1st birthday when I get back.”

“Damn, they're already turning one?” She scowled, “That feels so fast. Didn't you just have Akie?”

Satoru sighed, “I can't believe she's turning five this year. I swear I look away for a few seconds and she grows two more inches.”
