as Audrey and Ron walked to the boys dormitory, she could feel eyes on her, uncomfortable eyes.

"oi, where you going?" Harry called out to Ron as they passed him, eyes fixated on Audrey.

"we're bored, go back to your flirting now," Ron said and harry obeyed continuing his conversation with the girl infront of him.

"it's just up here," Ron said as they began walking up the stairs. "you know, your common room is a bit boring compared to Ravenclaw."

"oh yeah?" Ron laughed, "i always forget your a Ravenclaw."

he twisted the nob of the door infront of them, meaning they had made it to his dorm.

he flicked the lights on, it was messy, but not in a gross way, just like he hadn't finished unpacking his things. the sheets were ruffled, as if someone had been laying on them, and there was a small table, with two chairs and a chess board.

"sorry bout the clothes," he said, bending down to pick them up, "it's no problem," she giggled, taking a sip of her butterbeer.

"so, wanna play wizards chess?" he asked, now meeting her eyes. "you'll have to teach me," she smiled.

"no problem," he returned the smile, dimples popping out.

"tonight was fun," Ron said, as he walked Audrey to her own common room.

"yeah, yeah it was." she smiled, recalling the events.

"still can't believe you beat me, your a real natural."
Ron said, watching Audrey move a piece of hair from her face.

"i'm just that good," she shrugged.

the common room quickly snuck up on them, ending they're night. "goodnight Ronald," she spoke softly, turning to look at him.

"it's Ron," he groaned, she only laughed in response.
she had only just learned his name was Ronald, after hearing him tell stories from his childhood.

"goodnight Audrey." he smiled, watching her answer the question, and the door to the common room swing open.

as Audrey made her way to bed, she thought about everything that happened tonight, wondering why she'd never hung out with Ron before.

he was funny, kind, and knew how to keep a conversation going.

as Audrey walked through the dorm, she was very careful, not to wake a sleeping Luna, she got clothes, and went into the bathroom to change.

she slipped off her bra, changed into a large tshirt, and shorts, washing her face, and brushing her teeth, before drifting off to bed

Audrey woke up to Luna's alarm, like she had always done last year.

"good morning Audrey," Luna said as she climbed out of bed, "where were you last night?" she asked, Audrey yawned as she leaned up to look at luna.

"i hung out with Ron, Ginny's brother." she said, now also getting out of her warm, comforting bed, instantly missing it.

"oh really?" she asked curiously.

"yeah, we're friends." Audrey said quickly, looking through her wardrobe for her robes.

"that's nice," Luna said as she made her way into the bathroom.

Audrey changed into her robes, brushed through her still straightened hair, put on mascara, blush, and lip gloss.

"bye Luna, i'll see you later!" Audrey called out as she hauled her book bag over her shoulder, letting Luna know she was leaving.

Audrey walked to the great hall for breakfast, stomach growling, only realizing how hungry she really was.

she finally made it to the great hall after what felt like hours of walking, Hogwarts was such a big school, it was truly annoying sometimes.

she made her way to the Ravenclaw table, filling her plate with a variety of different breakfast foods, scarfing it down quickly.

she felt two large hands suddenly on her shoulders, making her jump.

"relax," George said, lowering his head to her ear. "it's just me Aud," using her nickname the boys had given her last year.

"you scared me," she scoffed, attempting to look at him.

he sat next to her, earning himself some weird looks and glares, but he didn't seem to notice.

"so, did you enjoy the party?" he said taking a left over piece of bacon off Audrey's plate. "noticed you talking to ickle ronniekins,"

"i did not enjoy the party, and yes i did talk to Ron," she said honestly, "maybe if you would have told me it was a party, i would've told you that i don't like them."

"oh, cmon you need to be social, barely anyone knows who you are!" he said, pushing her shoulder playfully.

"and i'm fine with that! you know, keeping my circle small." she shrugged, taking a bite of her bacon.

"it's to small, Aud." he explained, she could tell he meant well, but that didn't mean she was going to listen. "dean was asking about you this morning,"

"thomas?" she asked, brows furrowed. he nodded in response, "says your cute," he shrugged, "asked me to put a good word in for him."
