Audrey decided to wear a grey cropped jumper and leather pants, as it was night, meaning it would be a bit chilly.
gave her har slight beachy waves, and put on contour, blush, mascara and lipgloss.
she made her way to the common room, patiently waiting on dean.
it finally started to set in what she had agreed to, a date.
her first ever date, with a boy she wasn't sure if she liked, no biggie.
5:58
she made her way out of the common room, to find dean approaching the common room, in a black button up, and a pair of dark washed jeans, bouquet of flowers in hand.
"hello Audrey," he smiled brightly, handing her the flowers.
"oh dean," she grinned as she took them, they were orange, beautiful, fresh tulips. "this our beautiful, i hope they didn't cause you to much trouble."
"beautiful flowers for a beautiful girl of course," he said, okay, i could get use to this. "and they were no trouble at all,"
"thank you," she said gently, "give me just one moment."
she took him into the common room, and took the flowers into her room leaving him alone.
"accio vase," she said, a white vase coming into her hand before pointing her wand into the vase, "Auguamenti," she placed the flowers into the vase before leaving, fresh flowers now on her table stand.
"ready?" he asked softly, "yes."
dean lead her all the way to the black lake, where she found a picnic blanket, which candles on some of the corners, a basket full of delicious smelling food.
"oh dean," she grinned excitedly, "you did not have to do all of this!"
"i wanted to," he smiled, leading her onto the blanket, "thank ginny, she helped,"
he began unloading the food and drinks from the basket, that seemed to be endless.
it was all of her favorites.
grilled chicken, loaded potato, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, warm cookies, cherry pie, butter beer, and shirly temples.
"now, you don't have to eat it all." he explained, "don't feel pressured to finish it, but if you want, eat it all. i will not judge,"
"dean," she smiled, taking his hands, "this is absolutely amazing."
"ginny told me what you liked, and helped bring it out here," he blushed, trying to take the attention off him.
"you are so sweet," she said, heat raising to her face.
they had began eating, and making small talk.
it wasn't awkward like Audrey thought it would be, conversation seemed so easy to them.
"so, do you have siblings?" he asked intently.
"uhm, no." she said, pausing before explaining her family situation. "i live with my aunt and cousin, my dad is dead, and i don't know how my mom is."
"oh, my dad passed as well," he said, placing his hand on her. "i'm sorry Audrey, truly."
"it's okay, i'm sorry for you as well." she smiled, taking a quick glance at they're hands, "how about you? siblings?"
"three half sisters, all muggles." he said with a shrug, "quite annoying," she laughed, trying to imagine what deans sister would look like.
"what's your cousin like?"
"isa," she smiled, "we actually get along quite well, she'll go here next year, i'm so excited."
dean moved a strand of hair from her face to behind her ear as she spoke, listening intently while also admiring her beauty.

"so, how was it?" cho asked as her, luna, and Audrey sat in the common room later that night.
"amazing," Audrey said, taking off her shoes.
"he's so sweet, i didn't know dean could be so sweet!""aw, Audrey," luna grinned, truly happy for her friend.
"i love dating," she said, grinning from ear to ear.
"Cedric and me have been getting to know each other more," cho smiled, twirling her hair between her fingers.
"we are really killing it," Audrey said, watching cho's fingers.
"luna, any men?" cho asked, "or women?" Audrey shrugged.
"no, not now." she said, unbothered.
"good, at least one of us needs to be an independent
women."
