TW: mentions of sexual assault.

Ron was in the common room when dean came back from lunch, sitting on the couch waiting for him.

"hey, pal." Ron said, standing up from the couch.

"uh hey man," dean said, stopping in his tracks.

"why don't we talk, yeah?" Ron said. "sure buddy, what's up?"

"what's up," he said, coming face to face with dean. "is that you, took advantage of Audrey." he said firmly.

"on her birthday no less." Ron laughed sarcastically.

"what are you talking about?"

"Audrey was plastered last night," Ron said, "i saw her, you saw her, everyone did."

"i've never seen her like that, you slip her something?" Ron accused.

"she was drunk when i got there man, ask cho."

"oh i will." he spat. "but right now i'm asking you, why the bloody hell, did you take her to your dorm if you didn't do anything to her?"

"what are you talking about mate?" Dean exclaimed, taking a step back to create more of a distance between the two.

"i'm talking about you," Ron exclaimed, stepping forward to close the distance, "raping my drunk friend!"

"i didn't rape anyone!" dean exclaimed, his anger growing by the second. "does your mother know what a piece of shit you are?"

"excuse me?" dean scoffed at Ron, "you heard me," he replied confidently.

"I'm so sorry dean," she sighed, sitting on his bed. "i don't know what's gotten into him lately." she lied, she knew everything, just not how to admit it.

"i do," dean said, sitting next to Audrey.

"he's in love with you." he explained. "you know it's true,"

"no it's not dean, he's just a friend." she scoffed, eyes glued to her knees.

"really? you think i didn't see the way he watched you all night, the way he watched every movement your hips made." dean said, resting his hand on her thigh. "he wants you, he wants you how i want you."

"i don't believe you." she said, finally making eye contact with him.

"you don't have to." he said, standing up. "but i know how bad he wants you."

"even if that was true, you know i don't want him." she said, following him. "i want you."

he grabbed her hands, pulling her close to him.
and kissed her gently.

the kiss became less gentle and more passionate as time passed, Deans hands moved up to her waist, leading her to his bed.

"dean.." she whispered into his mouth as they fell onto his bed together. "do you wanna stop?" he said, pulling his lips away from hers.

"no," she panted, now getting on to his lap to straddle him.

dean grabbed her hips, making her grind against him, groaning slightly.

she cupped his cheek, bringing his lips to hers.

he kissed her roughly, pulled her hips closer to him. "i can't believe you called me your girlfriend-" she whimpered into his mouth, panting lightly.

"you are my girlfriend," he panted, squeezing his hips.

there was a creek from behind Audrey, and she flung herself off of dean, sitting next to him.

Audrey looked towards the noise and saw neville standing in the doorway.

"i- i'm sorry," he said, walking to his nightstand. "i just need to feed Trevor and then i'll go, i swear."

"it's alright, mate," dean said, taking a pillow from behind him and placing it on his lap.

Audrey smiled to herself, knowing what he was hiding.

neville fed his toad quickly, without saying another word to them, and then left the two alone.

as neville shut the door behind him, Audrey began to laugh.

"is that funny?" dean laughed, putting the pillow back behind him, knowing Audrey already knew.

"incredibly," she said, placing a kiss on his cheek.

"come here," he said, getting underneath the duvet cover, bringing her with him.

he wrapped his arms around her, as she placed her head on his chest.
