Audrey had packed most of her stuff the night before, so now she was just throwing in the last minute things.

she was ready, and knew she had to leave soon.

"Wingardium Leviosa," she said, her trunk following behind her.

she opened the door, and was met face to face with her boyfriend.

his fist was raised, ready to knock.

"oh-" he gasped, looking down at girl.

"i was just coming to help you with that," he said, pointing to her floating trunk.

"i'm an independent women," she shrugged, making her way on the door.

"yeah Ron," Ginny smiled, hiding around the corner. "she's an independent women who don't need no man."

"oh i know," he laughed, following Audrey like a puppy dog, and Ginny following him.

the three walked down to the train, finding Harry, Hermione, Fred, George, and Ginny all standing around, they're trunks on the ground.

"Audrey is brilliant!" harry said, pulling his wand out of his pocket, and using the same charm as she did.

"that is so much easier then carrying it around!" he exclaimed, as the trunk rose into the air.

"i've been trying to tell you all, i'm not just looks" she joked, she thought this was all funny, but Ron did not.

he felt a tinge of jealousy deep in his stomach, and he tried desperately not to show it.

everyone used Wingardium Leviosa on they're trucks, getting on the train as they floated behind them.

Fred and George went to find Lee, and Ginny went look for Luna, leaving just the four of them.

Audrey had never really hung out with the golden trio before, obviously she hung out with Ron, and Hermione on occasion.

but never harry, and never all three together.

the four found a empty cart, and made they're way inside, putting they're stuff in the overhead compartments.

they sat down, Hermione and Harry on one side, Ron and Audrey on the other.

"Audrey you going to your house or you going to the burrow with us?" Harry asked, getting comfortable for the long ride.

Ron didn't know what his problem was, he didn't even want Harry to speak to her.

"the burrow," she said, pulling her sneakers off, trying to the side to lean against the wall, laying her legs on Ron.

this made Ron feel a lot better, even though she was talking to Harry, she was still touching him.

Harry nodded, as Audrey watched Hermione open her book.

"are you studying on Christmas break?" Audrey asked, a smile growing on her face.

"i-" Hermione stuttered, not wanting to be judged. "yes, i am."

"you can't take a break for just one week, mione?" harry asked, slightly laughing at her.

"no i can't!" she defended, finally looking up from her book.

"just leave her be, Harry." Audrey shrugged, feeling like it wasn't necessary to upset her.

after a long ride they were finally pulling into kings cross station.

the train whistled loudly, waking Audrey.

"good morning sleeping beauty," Ron laughed, his hands on her ankles.

"mornin," she yawned, the train coming to a full stop.

she slipped her shoes back on, and let Ron get her trunk, as they weren't allowed to use magic.

"thought you were in independent women who don't need no man?" Ron asked, carrying both trunks out of the train.

"i am, i'm just allowing you to help me." she smiled, before running through the wall.

Ron followed her, smile plastered on his face.

Audrey brought him a cart to carry they're trunks, as he dropped them quickly, his arms hurting at this point.

a moment later Hermione and Harry came out behind them, carrying they're trunks.

"oh perfect," Harry said, dropping his trunk on top of Audrey's, Hermione following.

Harry pushed the cart, as they walked around looking for the twins, or Ginny.

Audrey spotted them by the door, and lead the other three with her.

"cmon, cars outside." Fred said, pushing the door open.

"car?" Ron asked, assuming they were taking taxis.

"car." George repeated, pointing to the red car across from them.

Harry pushed the cart to the trunk, popping it open.

Harry and Audrey carried everyone's trunk into the back of the car, which was enchanted to be able to fit them all.

"how's Cho doing?" Harry asked, hope glistening in his eyes.

"she's good," Audrey said, trying to stay neutral on the situation.

"and her and Cedric?" he asked, being completely obvious.

"Harry," she sighed, taking a break to look at him. "they're really good."

he sighed, looking down at the trunks.

once Harry and Audrey were done, they climbed into the car.

Fred and George were in the front, Ginny and Hermione were in the middle row, and Ron was in the back moping.

Audrey climbed in, sitting next to Ron.

Harry climbed in after, sitting next to Audrey.

Ron hated this even more, Audrey being squished in between the two.

George turned up the radio, letting it consume then.

Audrey looked up to Ron, but he was to busy looking out the window to even see her.

she reached for his hand, trying to hold it.

he let her, but he didn't hold hers back, he just kind of let it go limp.
