he leaned in just a bit more, finally closing the gap.

they're lips collided, and to Audrey it felt like the earth had to.

it wasn't like when she kissed dean, it was the most wonderful feeling in the world.

now, this was Rons first kiss, so he really had no idea what he was doing.

but Audrey still thought it was the best thing she'd ever felt.

her lips parted as she took his, the butterflies in her stomach were doing flips at this point.

Ron was nervous, but he was trying not to let it show.

he had never kissed a girl before, let alone one he was this in love with.

love.

he had just realized she had no idea that he was in love with her, and he had no idea if she felt the same.

"fucking knew it," dean said, making the two pull apart.

why does this always happen to them?

"dean," she muttered as she stared at the boy.

"just came to ask for my necklace back," he shrugged, before walking away.

Audrey didn't move for a minute, star struck by what had just happened.

"i-" she stuttered, "i have to go."

she rushed out of the door, leaving the boy confused, and a bit sad.

she pulled the necklace off, breaking the clasp.

she opened deans door, but he wasn't there.

she threw the necklace onto his bed, and slammed it shut.

she walked down the stairs, and back into the party that seemed to never end.

"ginny," she pulled on her arm, trying to talk to her.

ginny was so wasted that they're was no point in telling her, she wouldn't even be able to comprehend what she said.

"wh- yes?" she laughed, finishing what was most likely her 5 cup of fire whiskey.

"uhm," she said, "never mind, you have fun."

and with that, she left, her head spinning and her heart beating out of her chest.

she already knew the hangover she'd have in the morning, and decided to go to sleep.

she knew she should go talk to Ron, but she didn't know what to say.

sh walked into her empty common room, and practically ran upstairs.

she pulled off her clothes, and changed into baggy sweatpants and sweatshirt.

she sat on the bed, giving her a minute to breath and relax.

but that was impossible, because cho flung her door open instantly.

"oh perfect your here!" cho said as she shut the door behind her.

she seemed surprisingly sober, and her and Cedric went to Hufflepuffs party, which were apparently always good.

"i have huge news to tell you," she giggled as she threw herself in Audrey's bed.

"yeah same," she sighed, "you first,"

"i had sex!" she exclaimed, grinning ear to ear.

"no way," Audrey laughed, jaw practically falling to the floor.

"way," she assured, looking quite proud of herself.

"did it like, hurt?" Audrey asked, truly curious. "oh did you bleed?" she never had a sister to talk to about things like this, and isa was far to young.

"yes, and yes." she said honestly. "but it only hurt for a minute, and it wasn't to much blood."

"was he nice to you?" Audrey asked, but she already knew the answer.

Cedric was always nice to cho, and everyone else he knew.

he was just that kind of person.

"he was," she smiled, remembering the way he checked on her throughout the whole night.

"i'm so happy for you cho," Audrey smiled, placing her hand on cho's thigh.

"oh did you like, finish?" she giggled underestimating Cedric.

cho laughed, trying to keep it together.

"not from the actual sex no," she shook her head. "but from all the before stuff,"

"Cedric does seem like the type to make his girlfriend or wife cum all the time," she nodded.

"Shut up!" she laughed, falling backwards.

they stayed silent for a moment, and Audrey laid next to her.

"so, what was your news?" cho asked as she turned to Audrey.

They're kiss didn't seem like a big deal anymore, i mean, cho had sex.

"me and dean, broke up." she sighed, "and he told me he's in love with lavender, who would've guess huh?" she stiffed a laugh as she watched cho's face.

"oh Audrey," she said, feeling truly sorry for her friend. "i'm so sorry."

"it's alright," she shrugged, her head beginning to throb. "it's been a long time coming,"

"how did Ron feel when you told him?" she asked curiously, her smile growing.

"why do you think i told Ron?" she asked, finally turning to her.

"just a hunch," she shrugged, "you did, didn't you?"

"well, yes." she rolled her eyes, knowing how predictable she was.

cho hummed, smirking knowingly.

"and, how did he feel?" she asked, trying to get a read on her face.

"he was just, sad for me." she lied, Ron was more then relieved that Audrey had finally broken it off.

"and happy for himself." cho finished for her.

"no," Audrey defended, "he was just sad."

"right," she hummed, "and over the moon to know he had his opportunity?"

Audrey knew what she meant, and she knew she was right, but she didn't know what terms her and Ron were on.

"what opportunity?" she asked, her heart racing.

"his opportunity to be with you." cho said firmly, making Audrey roll her eyes.

"you know he fancies you, Aud." she explained, using her nickname.

"he doesn't," she shook her head, looking back to the ceiling.

"he does," cho argued, still looking to her friend.

"he doesn't!" she exclaimed, feeling under attack.

"okay fine," she said, understanding that Audrey had a lot going on and was just stressed.

cho turned back to face the ceiling, letting the silence consume them.

Audrey couldn't take it anymore, she felt like she was going to explode.

"i kissed Ron."
