it was the next morning, and Audrey just had the best sleep of her life.
she was laying on her side, Ron behind her spooning her tightly.
they're was sun light coming in from the window, and it made Audrey think of her dream.
"Ron?" she whispered quietly, trying to see if he was up.
"hm?" he hummed, clearly still have asleep.
"good morning," she said, smile growing on her face.
"morin," he said through a yawn, as she rolled over to face him.
Ron pulled her close, running his hand through her hair.
"we have to get up," she laughed, trying to wiggle her way out.
"oh cmon," he said, squeezing her tighter. "just let me have five more minutes."
she sighed, wrapping her arms around him.
"thank you," he said softly, kissing the top of her head.
they laid they're in silence for five minutes like he wanted, Audrey listening to his heart beat.
she was so happy, but she couldn't help but wonder how long this would last.
Audrey's happiness always seem to be temporary, something always getting in the way.
"okay," she sighed, pulling away from him. "it's been five minutes, i promised i would grocery shop with ginny."
"fine," he sighed, "since you hate me,"
"hey, i don't hate you and you know it." she defended, trying to get out of bed.
"okay fine," he said, pulling her back. "kiss me,"
he leaned in, trying to kiss her.
"hmm! i have morning breath still!" she said, trying to get away.
"uh uh, i don't care." he said, pulling her back and kissing her.

Audrey and Ginny walked around town, shopping for food and party decorations.
"so how much muggle money did we scrap together?" Ginny asked, as they walked into a grocery shop.
"not much," she sighed, pulling a cart away from the wall.
they walked around for close to thirty minutes, only buying the things on the list Hermione made.
they were finally done, and pulled up to the checkout.
"you know, how come only Hermione got to put stuff on the list?" Ginny asked, setting the loaf on bread on the counter.
"because she's the only responsible one of us," Audrey laughed, tossing the bag of chips.
the cashier told them the total, and Audrey paid, leaving them with only fifteen dollars left.
they walked out of the shop, grocery bags dangling on their arms.
"oh, Audrey." said a familiar voice in front of her, almost bumping into each other.
"oh, mrs Thomas." she replied, starstruck at the women in front of her.
when her and dean broke up, she never thought about having to see his family, or how hard it would be.
"it's still Jennifer," she said sweetly, tugging on her purse.
"right," Audrey hummed, picking at her gloves.
"so, Jennifer how have you been?" she asked, trying to break the tension.
"good, good." she said, looking down at the girl. "how are you and.. your new boyfriend."
"good," she said, realizing how much Dean actually told her. "how are dean, and his girlfriend, lavender?"
"his what?" she said, crouching down slightly.
"oh, i'm sorry i think i've said to much." she lied, knowing exactly what she did.
"it seems Dean didn't say enough," Jennifer sighed, disappointment plastered on her face.
"seems he did," she said, the grocery bags starting to slip.
"well, you have a nice day Audrey." she smiled, passing the girls.
"you too," she hummed, walking towards the decoration shop.
as soon as they were out of earshot Ginny opened her mouth to speak.
"so, that was Deans mum?" she said, pushing the door open to the shop.
"yup," she sighed, grabbing a basket.
"but she was so, hot." Ginny said, looking through the news years stuff.
"isn't she?" Audrey giggled, happy someone finally agreed with her.
