Eventually, Peter was escorted out and got to go back home. Thankfully, Ms. Foster helped them out with the bill. MJ rode her bike with Conner on the back, and Artemis rode with Peter on hers. M'gann was just flying through the sky. They eventually made it home.

Peter dismounted the bike, feeling a sense of relief wash over him as he looked at his house. The familiar brick facade and the small garden Aunt May kept so meticulously. The warmth of home was almost palpable. He took a deep breath, appreciating the fresh air and the sense of normalcy, even if only for a moment.

He walked up the steps and opened the door. "Aunt May?" he called out, his voice echoing through the hallway.

There was a clatter from the kitchen, followed by hurried footsteps. Aunt May burst out of the kitchen, her eyes wide with worry and relief. She stopped short when she saw Peter, surrounded by his friends, looking miraculously unharmed.

"Peter!" she cried, rushing forward. She enveloped him in a hug, squeezing him tightly. "Oh, Peter, I was so worried!"

Peter hugged her back, feeling the familiar comfort of her embrace. "I'm okay, Aunt May. Really," he assured her, though he could hear the slight tremor in his own voice.

Aunt May pulled back slightly, looking him up and down, her hands on his shoulders. "MJ told me about the crash," she said, her voice thick with emotion. "She said Artemis got you out. Thank you, Artemis." She glanced over at Artemis, her eyes brimming with gratitude.

Artemis smiled softly, nodding. "It was the least I could do," she said.

Peter looked at Artemis, confused. "Crash?" he echoed, looking between his aunt and MJ.

MJ stepped forward, her face slightly flushed. "I told her you were in a car accident, Peter," she explained. "I didn't want her to worry about... everything else."

Peter nodded slowly, understanding. "Thank you," he said to Artemis, his voice earnest. It was a pretty good cover story, he couldn't lie.

Aunt May hugged him again, tighter this time. "I was so worried," she repeated, her voice breaking. "When MJ called and told me, I couldn't think straight. I just... I'm so glad you're okay."

Peter stroked her back soothingly. "I'm okay, Aunt May. I'm really okay," he repeated, hoping to reassure her. "Thanks Artemis, and everyone."

She finally let him go, wiping her eyes. "You have to be more careful, Peter," she said, her voice stern but filled with love. "I don't know what I would do if something happened to you."

"I will," Peter promised, feeling a pang of guilt. He knew the risks he took as Spider-Man, and he hated how they affected Aunt May. "I promise."

Aunt May nodded, taking a deep breath to steady herself. She turned to MJ, Conner, and M'gann. "Thank you all for being there for him. I don't know what I'd do without you."

"We'll always be here for him, Aunt May," MJ said, giving Peter a reassuring smile.

Aunt May smiled warmly at them, her eyes still glistening with unshed tears. "You're all such good friends," she said. "Thank you."

"Let's get inside," Aunt May then said, leading them into the living room. "I'll make some tea. We could all use something warm to drink."

With the other group,

Robin, Aqualad and Kid Flash all made it to the balcony of Harry's large flat. Wally peeked through the window and could barely see a thing. "Is he even in here?" Wally asked.

"Still gotta check." Dick said then kicked down the glass door. They all walked inside was was horrified to see the room. It was entirely thrashed, destroyed.

Broken glass across the floor and torn blankets. Broken pieces of glass and bottles were on the floor and crunched beneath Dick's boots. "Well... he's angry." Wally said.

Kaldur looked around before noticed a body lying against the bed. It was pale, thin and his hair was outgrown. Kaldur could barely recognize that it was, "Osborn!" he said and rushed over.

He checked his pulse and felt a faint heartbeat, "He's alive. Barely." he told them.

Dick rushed over and took out the serum before injecting it into his wrist. "Let's hope this works..." Dick said as he injected it.

They patiently waited for the serum to begin it's work and eventually... it did. Harry's pale skin regained it colour. His blood became warmer. His breathing began to get more noticeable. Harry shot his eyes open and sat up, taking a deep breath.

He kept taking in deep breaths and coughed a bit and the heroes let out a sigh of relief. "Well it works." Dick said.

Harry looked at the heroes crouched in front of him and his eyes widened. He got up and quickly backed away from them, "WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS DOING IN HERE??" he questioned.

Aqualad put his hands up to calm Harry, "We are friends of Spider-Man. He sent us to deliver a cure for your disease. Or a partial cure at the least." he defended.

"Cure? What-?" He noticed the syringe on the ground, "You cured me?"

"Only partially." Dick said. "It only reverts the disease back a couple of months. It'll still come back over time. But it can give you more time to find a real cure."

Harry scoffed, "... The symbiote was a cure. And what does Spider-Man do with it? Steals it."

"He didn't steal-" Wally began to step up to defend Peter, but Kaldur put his hand in front of him to stop him.

"The symbiote is dangerous. We're still testing it if it can heal you." Kaldur explained.

"It CAN. That was something I was 100% sure of." harry groaned and massaged his forehead, "...So Spider-Man gave this cure?"

"Yes."

"...Tell him I said thank you... but this doesn't change anything." he said then walked off towards his kitchen.

The 3 heroes glanced at each other then decided that their work here was done. They all leaped out off the balcony and left Harry to his own devices. All Harry did was pour himself a glass of water and stare off into the distance... thinking...

Mysterious hideout,

Hammerhead sat in what used to be Kingpin's old chair. His organization is now his. And nobody would stop him. He was going to handle things a little differently for now on. He was going to be more on the down, discrete. "Sir.

He turned around and found Prowler standing there, "What is it?" he replied.

"Kingpin's old project is still here. The bounty for the head of Spider-Man. Are we still going to activate it?"

Hammerhead groaned then shook his head, "No... Spider-Man won't be a problem to us for now as long as we are discrete and silent. But keep it... just in case."

Prowler nodded then turned around and began to walk off. But he stopped once he remembered he had something else to tell her, "And the Beck guy is finished. Are we going to let him do his thing now?"

Hammerhead smirked, "Get Beck's equipment ready, yes..." he turned around, "The Spider is about to have some new problems..."
