A Battle In A Swamp

Martian Manhunter carried Aquaman to the plant attacking the Eiffel Tower. The Atlantean King dropped from the flight and landed on the plant and immediately started ripping the vines apart. While Martian Manhunter phased through the vines to where people were trapped inside.

More help then came with the Human Torch flying in and shooting fire at the plants. The Thing also came in and began ripping apart the vines. As Aquaman ripped another vine apart, he noticed a group of people also trapped. He looked up to Martian Manhunter as he flew a group of people to the ground.

Taipei; October 2, 07:58 NST

The Flash ran around the edge of the building with Iceman firing at plants as he slid by and Flash hacking down the frozen vines as he went along. Another hero, with blue skin and horns coming out his head was armed with a gold lance, that extended until it hit the ground before firing a laser at the plants around the reactors.The rear reactor crumbled under the vines and alarms start blaring as a massive cloud rises, then glowed as it starts to react with oxygen.

Flash, Iceman and Magog looked at the billowing plume with gaping looks, but Captain Atom flew up to it and started pulling the reaction into himself, leaving only a dust cloud as he glowed orange, continuing to fly away.

Star City; October 1st, 16:57 PDT

The Star City bridge was under attack from the plants that were sprouting up from the river. One of the vines was wrapped around it and was trying to snap the suspender lines. The Red and Green Arrows stood side by side as they fired arrows at the vines. The arrows exploded and destroy the vines once they hit.

A school bus that was trapped in the vines was full of panicking kids, and they flinched away as the glass gave way to the vines. Black Canary landed on top of it and used her Canary Cry to destroy the vines, which exploded when hit with the sound waves. From her vantage point on top of the bus, she took out the wall of vines as she unleashed another Cry.Another vine caught her off guard and knocked her off the bus.

Back with Joker,

"Poor Heroes." the Joker taunted. "Nothing they do is quite enough. Ain't it grand?" he laughed lowly as he continued to control the plants.

"And impressive how you simultaneously juggle multiple scenarios." Ivy continued to pet the plant as she watched him.

"I've had practice ... Juggling my multiple personalities." he laughed maniacally as usual until something caught his eye. "School's out!"

And back in Star City,

A large vine with a red flower on top slammed on top of the School Bus, before picking it up. Green and Red Arrow stood behind Black Canary. Speedy was on top of a car while Green Arrow was behind Canary.They both released two more arrows that exploded, but nothing happened as the children inside the bus screamed. The vine continued to raise the bus before throwing it over the edge of the bridge

The three heroes looked over in fear but saw a green baseball glove holding the bus up. The Lantern that held it wore a vest and fingerless gloves with no mask with his short haircut.
