Creepy Experiences

Wolf has been bothering me a lot lately. He touches my chest and does other sexual things to me. He does it in spirit form so that I can't push him away. I have been banishing him for two days straight now. I was able to do it, but he came back. He makes me feel sick. I'm also getting threats from them about how Wolf, Jeff, and Toby want to kidnap me. I partially thought they were going to do it last night, but I woke up in my bed. I had this feeling that they did something bad to me last night after I fell asleep. I hate it when I get those feelings. 

I took my dog for a walk today and felt watched. Then when I came back home and found out Wolf was there, I asked him if he was watching me and he said yes. I haven't been going outside much and I feel like my anxiety is increasing. It looks like a storm is brewing. I don't know what is going to happen to me, but if you all don't hear back from me within a week, something might have happened. I hope this will end soon.
