Creepy Experiences

A deity I work with named Lilith convinced me to listen to creepypasta subliminals. Here are my results. At first, I listened for a few days then stopped for two and listened again today. I was getting headaches, ringing, dizziness, and a low mood. During that period, cps from the past came back and talked to me in spirit form. These included: Laughing Jack, Jason the Toymaker and one other. This other one had referred to himself as being Masky, but I never got his name right. He told me to just give him a nickname instead of trying to figure out his real name. I'll call him B on here. For the most part, my experiences weren't that bad, but after a bad night with LJ, I stopped listening to the subs. 

Yesterday, I went on a walk and I saw Jeff for a moment. I only saw a part of him for a split second. The main thing that gave him away was that my perspective shifted and I heard his voice in my head. My intuition was trying to tell me that someone was watching and thinking of me, and for a split second, I saw this image of me from a different perspective. 

Anyway, tonight was a rough night. When I listened to the playlist, I had an idea to ask what the cps feel toward me. Instead, I channeled a scenario between me and Jeff. I think since his spirit was around, I picked up on his energy. After that, I went to bed and Jeff woke me up 2 hrs later. Since then, I haven't been able to sleep. It's 2:43 am. 40 minutes ago, I grabbed some water and felt watched. My sister's bedroom door was also open which was odd. She always keeps it closed.

I did a verbal spell. I simply stated, "I command whoever is watching me to come forward and show themselves," once and then repeated the phrase inside my head a few times. I felt like the energy was building. About 2 minutes later, I heard a knock on my door. I think that was confirmation that someone was physically inside this house. Then, I did a protection spell and called on my spirit guides to grant me protection and guidance. I asked them some questions. 

They told me that a specific cp is watching me and that they don't want to hurt or kill me. The cp who is here told me to stop mentioning them in this book, so I won't share the name. My spirit guides also told me to stay awake for one more hour. That means I'll go to bed at 3:30. My head hurts. Goodnight.
