"Ahh, paradise!!" Bainsley let out a sigh of relief as we entered the game room.

"I'm taking the computer!" she shouted, heading straight for the PC. That's Bainsley Villanueva, my cousin on my father's side. Her mother and my father are siblings.

"I'll take the couch," Ara said with a smile, flopping onto the couch, followed by Dwayne who was playing on his phone.

Arabella is my friend, as well as Dwayne and his little boyfriend. We are a group of five friends. I met them all at Cornell University for International Studies.

Even though we weren't blockmates, we found our way to becoming friends. Best friends, to be exact.

"Bago kayo sumabak ng gera, kumain muna kayo ng dinner, huh!" Sambit naman ni Ezekiel nang makapasok na kaming lahat sa gaming room.

May dala kasi akong ilang dosenang beer in a can na iinumin namin. A little celebration daw dahil inabot kami ng 3rd year college na puro pasarap sa buhay ang alam.

Ezekiel is Dwayne's boyfriend and a friend of ours. However, he often acts like a mother, while Dwayne is our fun dad. Their dynamic is really cute, right?

The game room is a spacious, inviting area equipped with three high-end gaming PCs, a full-sized billiards table, a ping pong table, and a classic chess set. Shelves are stocked with various board games and sports equipment.

The room features modern decor, comfortable seating, large windows, and ample lighting. A mini-fridge with snacks and drinks adds convenience.

Just outside, there's a basketball court. It's the perfect spot for the group to relax and have fun together.

We're currently in the house that the five of us invested in. Yes, we have a house for friends so that whenever we hang out or have sleepovers, we stay here. Like right now, we're staying here for a week.

"Buksan na yan, kapag kumain kapa there's a chances na isusuka mo ang kinain mo once you got drunk." Ani naman ni Bainsley habang inihahanda naming dalawa ni Ezekiel ang mga inumin.

"The kid's right, love. It'll be more disgusting if that shit happens." Pag sang-ayon naman ni Dwayne at nag pout pa. Pinag-singkitan tuloy siya ng mata ni Ezekiel pero napapayag niya.

Sabi ko sa inyo e, Ezekiel is our mom and Dwayne is the fun dad.

"Oh eto sa'yo" sambit ko saka hinagis ang beer kay Bain. Nasalo naman niya ito saka ay binuksan.

"Buo yung tab, fuck me daw pft!" Banat niya saka pinakita sa akin 'yong tab. Humagikhik lamang kami, inabutan ko naman si Ara. Nang buksan niya ito ay hindi buo ang tab.

"Kiss me daw, mhh" she sat up and pouted. I bend forward and pretended to kiss her. Lumayo naman ang gaga saka ay nandiri.

"Ang landi!" Saad naman ni Dwayne saka ay nagbukas ng beer para sa boyfriend niya. Hindi ako umiinom kaya't ang kinuha ko sa paper bag ay iyong kaisa-isang sting na naroon.

Ganito talaga kaming magkaibigan, kung magharutan akala mo'y mag kasintahan pero hindi. Sadyang mga malalandi lamang kami.

Nagsimula na nga ang inuman nila, nagpatugtog naman ako sa Bluetooth speaker namin ng Hev Abi songs na kanilang sinabayan pa.
