Sweet Coffee II

Preparing for the day out with your gang.You let your secretary know that you will be busy for the day.

safely bucked up in your car you move towards the address Mingyu sent which you assumed would be his friends apartment.swaying along with the music you made your move.

Pulling into the parking lot, you saw Mingyu along with... "Mysterious man," you thought.

Oh my god, it is him,was he the friend Mingyu mentined?.

Your heartbeat quickened, and you could hardly contain your excitement. Starstruck, you watched him walk away as Mingyu approached.

"Hey, captain, ready for the day?" he asked.

"Ahh, yeah. Who was that guy with you?" you asked, trying to sound casual while stealing glances at the spot where he stood.

"Oh, him? He's the friend I mentioned, Jungkook," Mingyu replied, putting on his seatbelt. "You must know him. He's the CEO of J J Agency, an advertising agency."

𝘑𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘬𝘰𝘰𝘬, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵,

"Oh really? How come I didn't know? Tell me more—no, never mind. I met him at a coffee shop once," you said, feeling a blush creep up your cheeks.

"Y/N, are you blushing? Wait, you met him before? Do you have a crush on him?" Mingyu asked, grinning broadly.

"Ahh, n-no, he just looks familiar. I met him only once," you stuttered, unable to hide your excitement.

"Hey, no way! You're lying. Your face looks like a boiled beef right now," he said, chuckling.

"Well, you only met him once, but he's been on your mind since then, hasn't he? That's enough to like a person," he teased.

"Shut up," you said, playfully shoving him. Deep down, you couldn't wait for the chance to see Jungkook again.

"Holy—wait, I forgot my purse," Mingyu said in a panic, patting his pockets frantically.

"You remember to tease me but forget about important stuff," you joked, pulling back to the parking lot so Mingyu could retrieve his purse.

"I'll just call Jungkook down, wait," he said, quickly dialing Jungkook's number.

Calling Jungkook down,Oh my god it means you will be conversing with him.Before he was even here you had started blushing.

the thoughts  of Jungkook making his way down with Mingyu's purse, you felt a rush of excitement and nervousness at the thought of conversing with him. Your cheeks warmed as you anticipated his arrival.

Just a minute later, Jungkook appeared, looking as charming as ever with his model-like appearance. He handed Mingyu's purse to him

"Hey, here's your purse," Jungkook said, his voice sweet and pleasant. You couldn't help but notice how his demeanor matched his charming looks.

"Thanks man "Mingyu said , as the introducer,he stepped in. "Well, Jungkook, meet Y/n. Y/n, meet Jungkook."

"Y/n is the CEO of AY agency,I am sure you know"Mingyu said to Jungkook.

"I do,Nice to meet you early Y/n".Jungkook said with his bunny smile which you sure do remember.

"Nice to meet you too,but what do you mean by early". You asked some how not stuttering but confused.

"Well, my team has sent an email to you regarding a collaboration for a new project I've received," Jungkook explained politely.
 

"Oh, I see. It sounds like a valuable opportunity. I'll definitely look into it and get back to you," you replied, your mind already racing with possibilities.

"Glad to hear that, Y/n. I really need your expertise for this project, so I hope your reply will be positive," Jungkook said with a charming smile.

"We'll see how it goes. Thank you for reaching out," you said, returning his smile warmly.

With a wave, Jungkook bid farewell and left, leaving you with a mix of excitement and anticipation for the potential collaboration.

"Look at you, you look like a rose right now," Mingyu teased, noticing your flushed cheeks and starstruck expression. "You just talked to the man who's been on your mind a lot lately."

You chuckled, feeling a blend of emotions but mostly grateful for the unexpected encounter and the exciting possibilities it brought.

Pulling up to the cafe with Mingyu, you both made your way inside, eager to meet Wonwoo and Jimin, who were already engaged in a lively conversation. With quick steps, you greeted them with a loud yet low "What's up, my boys?" in an excited tone.

"Wah, look at her. When she first saw me, she called me dead, and now she's excited," Mingyu said, feigning sulking.

"They kept in touch with me, unlike you," you replied, adding a touch of sarcasm to your tone.

"Ye ye, sure," Mingyu retorted.

Soon, Jisoo joined the group as well.

"Well, guys, how have you been?" Jimin asked, addressing everyone.

"My dear gaming company has been doing as great as he could. I couldn't be more proud," Wonwoo said, clearly pleased with his achievements.

"I've been well too, but someone here has a crush," Mingyu teased. As soon as he said that, you shot him a glare, something your employees hoped they wouldn't witness, but Mingyu wasn't one to back down.

Seeing Mingyu's mischievous gaze on you, everyone turned to see your reaction.

"Y/n has a crush? Unbelievable," Jimin chuckled, shaking his head in amusement.

"She does, on Jungkook," Mingyu added with a witty smile.

"The CEO of J J Agency? Does he know? He's a good guy," Wonwoo commented, genuinely interested.

"Wait, Y/n, I thought you liked the guy you met at the cafe that day? You were drooling," Jisoo added, her confusion evident.

Embarrassed, you facepalmed yourself but before you could reply. Mingyu, always quick on the uptake, butted in.

"I knew it! She liked him since then. It's the same guy from the cafe." 

As the conversation continued, more laughter and teasing filled the air, creating a lively atmosphere.

Jimin, always the playful one, leaned in with a mischievous grin. "So, Y/n, spill the beans. How did you meet Jungkook?"

With a sheepish smile, you recounted the chance encounter at the coffee shop,and told about the incident at the parking lot.

 "Well, I went to pick Mingyu up, and Jungkook happened to be his friend. We exchanged a few words, and that's it."

Jisoo, ever curious, leaned forward. "And what did he say? Did he mention the cafe incident?"

"Not really, we just had a casual conversation about work and stuff," you replied, trying to downplay the encounter while secretly relishing the memory.

Mingyu, not one to let things slide, interjected, "Come on, Y/n, you were totally smitten. I saw the way you were staring at him!"

Rolling your eyes, you playfully nudged Mingyu. "Oh please, Mr. I-Know-Everything. You're just exaggerating."

Wonwoo, who had been listening quietly, finally spoke up. "Well, whether it's Jungkook or the cafe guy, it's nice to see you interested. Maybe it's time you explore a bit, Y/n."

Jisoo nodded in agreement. "Exactly! You're a successful businesswoman now. You deserve to have a little fun and romance in your life."

Amidst the teasing and encouragement, you couldn't help but smile at your friends' support. The cafe reunion turned into a delightful blend of catching up, sharing stories, and light-hearted banter, making you realize how much you missed these moments with your gang.
