"You don't understand, because if I spend any more time with you..." Nari's voice started off angry but turned softer as the next words caught in her throat.
"What, Nari? What's going to happen?" Sunghoon asked, his tone urgent and searching.
"I'll fall in love with you..." she paused, tears filling her eyes. "Again," she whispered, her voice breaking. "And you won't love me." Another pause. "Again." The tears finally spilled over as she spoke. She looked away from him, reluctantly walking away, her heart heavy with sadness.

In the halls of Dongtan High School, Moon Nari stood out as the quintessential nerd. With her thick glasses and always-organized notebooks, she was known for being the goody two shoes. Teachers praised her for her academics, but her classmates often teased her for being too perfect.
On the other hand, Park Sunghoon, Sim Jaeyun (nicknamed Jake), and Yang Bora were the troublemakers. They were always up to some prank or another, making everyone laugh with their antics. Despite their mischievous behavior, they were popular among their peers and added a sense of fun to school life.
Their paths converged during a school trip to Italy at the end of their senior year. Moon Nari, breaking free from her usual cautious demeanor, decided to join them on the adventure. As they explored historic cities like Venice and Rome, shared gelato in the sun, and bonded over late-night conversations, their friendship deepened unexpectedly.
Moon Nari found a close friend in Bora, despite their differences. Bora's lively personality complemented Moon Nari's studious nature, and they became inseparable. Watching the invitation brought back memories for Sunghoon, stirring emotions he thought he had buried. Bora's heartfelt plea for him to attend her wedding made him reconsider his past and the friendships he had left behind.
With a mix of nostalgia and curiosity, Sunghoon decided to return to Korea. He couldn't shake the feeling that revisiting his old friends might unlock new possibilities—especially with Moon Nari, whose heart he had unknowingly captured during their time in Italy.
