━『 none to go 』

My eyes burned with a relentless, searing pain, forcing me to wrap the bandages around them once more. The fabric was a temporary reprieve, dulling the agony just enough to let me focus on my goal. I had to get to Konoha. I had to reach the elders and end their reign of deceit and betrayal.

Nothing else mattered.

Each step felt like a desperate heartbeat, pounding against the frozen ground as I raced through the snowy landscape. The world around me was a blur of white and shadows, the cold air biting at my skin. But I didn't care. I couldn't care. My mind was singularly focused on the task at hand.

As I ran, a sudden movement caught my attention. A figure in the distance, standing motionless as if frozen by my appearance. My eyes widened beneath the bandages as I recognized her—Sakura. Her expression was one of shock and hesitation, her eyes wide with an emotion I couldn't decipher. But I didn't have time for her. Not now.

I brushed past her without a word, my steps unbroken and my resolve unwavering. Sakura might have had her own reasons for being here, her own plans and intentions, but they were irrelevant to me. I had my mission, and I wouldn't let anything or anyone stand in my way.

Sakura was running in the direction I was coming from.

She's found Sasuke.

I need to hurry up before she pulls anything

"Misaki!" Sakura's voice called out, tinged with a mixture of surprise and something else—something almost desperate. But I didn't turn back. I didn't acknowledge her presence. My focus remained sharp, my purpose clear.

I could feel her eyes on me, her gaze piercing through the cold air, but I kept running. The pain in my eyes intensified, but it only fueled my determination. I had to reach the elders. I had to end this cycle of suffering and vengeance. They were the root of it all, the cause of the darkness that had consumed Sasuke and threatened to engulf me as well.

Suddenly, I felt a familiar chakra signature—Kakashi. He was close, too close. As I dashed through the snow-covered forest, his presence loomed ahead. He appeared in my path, his eyes widening in recognition.

"Misaki!" he called out, but I didn't stop. I couldn't.

Kakashi moved to intercept me, but I dodged, my movements a blur. He anticipated my next step, blocking my path with his Sharingan activated. We engaged in a brief but intense clash, our movements swift and calculated.

"Misaki, stop!" Kakashi pleaded, trying to reach me with his words as much as his actions. "You don't have to do this!"

"Out of my way, Kakashi," I growled, deflecting his kunai with my own. "The elders must pay for what they've done!"
