6. Walk away...

Tae's POV

It's that fucking time of the month and I am just going through the worst cramps ever. Hobie ran me a warm bath before going to work this morning. He also made my bed up and put a warm water bottle inside the new covers. He had the whole room smell so nice.

He also made ma a snack platter,warm tea, and water to drink. The remote control on my bed. Some painkillers, socks, and warm pajamas all left on the bed before he left for work . Normally,Minjae is the one who does these things for me,but because of how he acted last night,I ignore his texts and phone calls

This is the second time Minjae is getting drunk and tries something like that.  I don't want to think the worst thing, but when he gets like that, I get scared . I am not saying he will do something that I don't want him to do,I just get immobilized, and he takes over. He gets really mean, too. He calls me names and brings up the things he has done in the past to help us when we were not financially able to.

I am now just curled up in my bed,holding onto the warm water bottle by my pelvis.  The TV is off,curtains drawn,my room is dark and I like it just like that. I am wondering why Jungkook turned down to work with Minjae.  They are really good at what they do and jealous was super excited about it.

I might've slept for about 3 hours and was woken up by Hobie calling to check up on me.

Hosoek:" Hi kiddo,you okay?

Tae:" You woke me up,I was sleeping

Hosoek:" Oh sorry,I am just calling to check up on you. Do you need anything?

Tae:" No,but thanks hyung. How is work?

Hosoek:"Busy ,busy but we are managing.  Tina and Hope are a true blessing. Anyway Mr JangJun and his wife bit as farewell today,they cleared out all of their things and hugged us goodbye. I am so going to miss them

Tae:" Don't mention it,I am going to miss them more. They are the nicest people I know.

Hosoek:" Has Minjae stopped by?

Tae:" No,I am not really in the mood to see or talk to anyone.

Hosoek:" Did you guys have a fight?

Tae:" Aahhh Hobie hyung please let it go.

Hosoek:" You were at the brink of tears,I really just want to know what's happening with you

Tae:" I know,I am sorry. He just got drunk -

Hosoek:" Was he aggressive with you?

Tae:" Not really,I don't know what to say about it because he was upset that Jungkook didn't sign with their company.  He had so many plans

Hosoek:" Oh,I am sorry to hear about that. Maybe Jungkook got a better proposal

Tae:" That's what I said too,he did say that he was going to confront him about it

Hosoek:" What are you going to do?

Tae:" Nothing,I will just stay out of it.

Hosoek:" Good,because last night Minjae kept asking why Jungkook just wanted to have a conversation with you alone and not with the both of us,and from an outsiders view, it did look like the two of you were in a lovers quarrel or trying to patch things up. What did he want from you?

Tae:" I will tell you about it tonight.  Jungkook is just such a menace. 

Hosoek:" I thought you really liked him

Tae:" Hyung, stop. I am going back to sleep.

Hosoek:" Okay, see you later

Tae:"Bye
