It had officially been twelve hours straight that I had been hiding in my room sitting on my bed, my eyes and ears open at all times with the door locked and my wand on hand.I didn't trust these people nor did I trust Tom, he had grown very odd and much more, how can I put it nicely, violent, you could say I was afraid of him, something couple of years back I would never have thought possible. Using the levitating spell to lift up my bag the death eaters had given me back I took a look inside to make sure everything was there but it wasn't, my necklace, the horcrux, it was gone. Without even thinking about it too hard I knew who had taken it, everyone else would just see it as a worthless possession, but he wouldn't because he knew what it was , what it contained. Throwing my bag to the floor, I entered the winding hallways of Malfoy Manor, having left the safety of my room I felt much more vulnerable than before, everyone here practically hated me, I had betrayed their master and that was all they knew, to them I was some sort of prize they could catch for praise, and that was exactly what they had done. The number of death eaters I passed became fewer in number as I approached the grand office door.

Taking a deep breath I raised my hand to knock, only to have the door swing open and an angry looking Bellatrix storm out and down the corridor. The ugly man from the day before ushered me into the room and closed the door behind me, standing right behind me and watching expectantly while I stood awkwardly in the middle of the room.

"What is it you seek?"A cool, cold voice floated over to me from the plush chair in front of an old fashioned 1750s desk.

"My necklace" With a flick of Tom's hand the pestering man behind me left the room and we were left in silence.

"Its awfully rude to accuse someone of stealing something without any proof"

"I do not need proof to know that you are the only one who see's it for what it is because you know what is in it, none else would bother with something like a necklace if they were going to steal things from my bag" He let out a soft sigh with a smirk on his face, my eyes following his every gracious and over flamboyant move, until he reached down to a draw not in my field of view and took out my necklace, seeming to caress its every feature before throwing it straight at me as if he had not a care in the world.

"Can I leave now?" I asked my voice being much softer than I had intended, I should be mad at him. Tom's dark eyes seemed to light up, to my disappointment he had noticed my voice grow softer and smiled a small smile.

"For now, but you will be back, just like you always are"
