I could hear voices around me and could feel the soft sheets of the hospital wing bed,but I didn't bother getting up as I felt too tired to move.
"Do you think she is alright?"
"Lets bloody hope so,she has been unconscious for four days"
"FOUR DAYS!"I exclaimed sitting up abruptly and losing the sleepy feeling.Everyone around me seemed to gasp just as the nurse came in with a jug of water.
"Move aside,poor Clara has not had anything to drink for those four days you were all just talking about,now drink sweetheart"The nurse said as her high heels clicked and she walked over to the bed side,pouring me a glass of water and handing it to me.
"Thank you"I took the glass from her hand and began to drink only for headmaster Dippet to walk in along with professor Mcgonagoll,professor Dumbledore and Hagrid who looked in a very sorry state.
"Get to class all of you!"Professor Dumbledore bellowed to my friends,Penelope gave me one last glance before she followed the other girls out of the hospital wing.
"Clara!"I broke my gaze away from the retreating girls to professor Dippet who looked furious.
"Yes professor"I replied gulping with worry as he held my gaze.
"Do you know where Tom might be?"
"Our Clara has only just woken up how could she possibly know where To-"The nurse began but headmaster Dippet hushed her by raising his hand.
"Well do you?!"
"No, I have no idea where he could have gone"I replied beginning to feel dizzy from sitting up so quickly.I put a hand to my forehead and propt myself up with my elbow.
"What do you mean where is Tom has he not returned?"I asked as the teachers all looked at me worriedly.
"Dear are you quite alright?"Professor Mcgonagoll asked to which I nodded.
"He left straight after you were taken away hes been missing ever since"Hagrid explained stepping forward he looked like he had been crying as his eye were puffy and red.
"Come on everyone Clara does not know where Tom is so we best leave her be"Professor Dumbledore said as the others nodded solemnly and followed each other out along with the nurse who shut the doors behind them,I was left alone in complete darkness or so I thought.I turned round to get some more water only to see that there was a tall dark figure in the end of the room,I reached to get my wand for some light but by the time I had whispered "Lumos" they were gone.Maybe it was just me imagining things after all I had just been unconscious for four days...but I couldn't shake the feeling off that I was being watched.
