BEEEP! BEEEP! BEEEP!
"Oh no, I should move quick." Cressida rushed towards the table with the plates she was carrying. "He's about to wake up!"
She swiftly wiped the mess and peered at the living room from where Bulls was sleeping.
"Gosh, he sleeps like a bear hibernating for the winter." Cressida went close to his face and leaned forward. "Fluffhead."
Her eyes explored Bulls' face, mesmerized by the features of the man whose memories she once wanted to consume.
"Why do you have that annoying face?" She asked, looking at Bulls' lips.
*sniff sniff*
"Breakfast?" Words came from Bulls mouth, before his eyes opened. He sat up and looked around. "I thought someone was beside me." He yawned loudly and stood up, but before he could take a step, he almost jumped out after seeing Cressida, lying on the floor. "C-Cressida? What are you doing?"
"Nothing. Stretching." Cressida stunned at her position, trying to stand back up. "Breakfast?"
"You made some?" Bulls asked, disbelieving Cressida.
"Yeah. Only if you want." Cressida stood back up and dusted herself off.
"Of course, I would never say no to food." Bulls said as they went to the kitchen. "Sorry, I was just shocked, I didn't expect a royalty like you can cook."
A beam of morning sunlight streaked through the window above the stove next to the table.
Cressida sat on the chair and followed by Bulls on the other side. "Former royalty. I was taught by my..."
"What's wrong?" Bulls asked after he took a bite from the bacon.
"I don't remember the person who taught me how to cook." She bit her lips, looking confused, thoroughly thinking.
"Hey." Bulls reached for her hand and comforted her. "You don't have to force yourself to remember that. Maybe it happened during your childhood, the times of your life you don't remember, right?"
Cressida looked at their hands, "Right. You're ri– wait!"
Bulls dropped her hand in shock, "Wait, why?"
"Nothing." She giggled before she took the utensils to eat.
"Huh?!" Bulls' eyes twitched, annoyed. "If there's nothing wrong, don't shout like that!"
"Seeing your face like that makes my day." Cressida chuckled loudly, like she would never stop.
"Whatever." Bulls took a sip of the coffee.
"Hmmppphh! I also noticed, you're being too touchy these past few days."
Bulls almost sprayed the coffee from his mouth, covering it by his hand. "Huh?! I was just trying to comfort you!"
"Come on, Fluffhead, don't be shy. Having a little crush on this fine, gorgeous woman is okay with me." Cressida lets out an evil grin. "You can be my slave if you want."
"Wow, HAHA! The audacity to call me touchy when you held on my face last night, my head the other night, and my hand when you first met me." Bulls crossed his arms.
Jessica remembered that scene last night and blanked out. "Uhm, those... are exceptions!"
"That's unfair!" Bulls protested.
"No, it's not!" Jessica protested back, pouting her lips and crossing her arms back.
Bulls smiled suspiciously, "Pervert."
