The pulse rate of the unconscious patients rose and their brain activities started to spike.

And then...

They finally woke up.

"Ahhh... it burns. The Heart of the Sea won't work."

James held on his bleeding chest as his vision starts to blur.

"Goodness. King Neptune, what should I do?"

...

"I failed to slash him down. What a shame."

Hiro's body fell above the grass.

"Old man... I have failed you. Bulls-san... I have failed... to take down the enemy."

"Please, forgive me."

"Where am I? Why is everything shaking?" James half opened his eyes, looking around him. He quickly scanned his chest with his hand. "Thank goodness, the Heart is still here."

"What is this place? Why is there so many unfamiliar things? Those lights are making me feel uneasy. And the earth's so loud." Hiro covered his ear with his left hand while the other starts tapping the bed, looking for something. "Where're my... Oh." His sight reached a rectangular table where his katanas were placed. "Who put that... in there? The... placements are wrong."

The two of them sat up on their bed and looked on their sides.

"Ahhh, the Shitty Ninja."

"Ahhh, the Idiotic Fish."

The two of the breathed deeply and sighed.

"How joyful."

"How depressing."

They pulled the things attached to their bodies and tried to stand up, only to fall down.

"Ow!"

"It... hurts?" Hiro asked.

"Nahh... it's painful." James chuckled and raised the Heart of the Sea. "... and it's going to be..." The Heart started to release its healing aura and began enveloping them. "...agonizing."

ARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!

"That idiot. I told him to follow me but refused and went the other way." Hiro leaped above the buildings with great speed and agility. He felt sudden goosebumps on his skin. "The earth is about to rumble once more–"
