Kel stared at Sunny for a moment then pulled him into a hug. "What are you doing?" Sunny cried, tears rolling down his face. Kel sighed. "I am sad that you didn't tell us about Mari and decided to cover it up." Kel said. Sunny's arms went slack, and more tears rolled down his face. I knew it. He still hates me for it. "But I forgive you, because you've decided to trust me and Aubrey, Hero and Basil to support you, and I couldn't be more grateful for that."

"Why?" Sunny asked, his voice so soft, Kel could barely hear it. "Why are you grateful?" Kel smiled. "It's when you started trusting us that you decided to answer when I knocked on your door. If you didn't decide to start trusting us, you would have never come outside, and spend time with us." He said.

Kel moved Sunny's face to look him in the eyes. "Even if the last time the whole group had a good time together was our last, I'm still grateful th hat we could do that before we all go to different schools and places." Kel finished, his hands still around Sunny's body. Sunny smiled sadly. "I'm sorry. For everything." Sunny muttered. Kel grinned. "Don't be! You're an amazing person, and I can't imagine the amount of bravery it must have took to tell us the truth!" Kel exclaimed.

Sunny hugged Kel back, pushing his face into Kel's chest. Kel blushed, surprised by the act of affection that Sunny gave him, but hugged Sunny back. "What do you say we go back home and do nothing all day?" Kel asked. " We could use a cool-down after all the stuff that's happened."

Sunny pulled away from the hug and nodded. "And tomorrow we can go tell Basil everything that happened!" Sunny exclaimed. Kel nodded in agreement, and the two boys began to make their way back to the house, chattering happily.
