Basil stepped forward next and turned to Kel. Kel stared at Basil shamefully, awaiting the scolding that was in store for him. "You could have helped me, and made sure Aubrey wouldn't hurt me anymore. If you put in more effort, I would be better off. You should think more about others. Stop being so selfish." Basil said softly.

Kel avoided Basil's gaze, knowing that he could have done better. "I'm sorry." Kel said, nervously. "I know that I could have done more, but if you give me another chance I can do more!" Kel exclaimed. Basil stared at Kel, disappointed. "You're supposed to be strong. Why'd You think Sunny got hurt so much? It's because you were slacking off." Basil stated haughtily.

Sunny walked to Basil's side and stared at Kel emotionlessly. "You could have done more, but you didn't." Sunny said coldly. Kel frowned, tears filing his eyes. "I'm sorry! I'll make sure I'll do better! Please trust me!" Kel cried, tears streaming down his face. Basil and Sunny continued to stare, then turned to dust as well, but not before saying their final words: "We'll be watching. Don't mess up."

Kel was left in the backyard, the sky still blood red, and with only Mari's corpse to keep him company. He fell to the ground and sat there, hugging himself and crying. Kel sighed and took a deep breath. He shut his eyes tight and opened them, and found himself back in Sunny's room.

Kel breathed shakily, and looked over to Sunny's bed, where Sunny was, to his relief, sleeping peacefully. Kel crept out of the bedroom and sat on the sofa, mulling over the contents of his dream. I've got to make sure that I do my best for everyone, and make sure everyone is content. Kel thought, clenching his fists, a determined look in his eyes.

Author's note: The amount of crying that i'm making the Omori cast do could fill an olympic swimming pool. Also, KEL ANGST
