Eventually, after much arguing, the group came to a decision.

"Fine, we'll try to solve things peacefully." Aubrey sighed, "But if Hero lashes out again, we kill him." Sunny sighed and nodded in agreement, and Kel and Aubrey grinned widely.

"They'll be back soon." Kel stated, "We should go over to my house!"

—----

Kel pushed the key into his door's lock, and the door clicked open. The floors were dusty, and the curtains were closed. Basil looked around warily, in awe of the state the house was in.

"We should probably get this house clean before your parents get back." Basil suggested, and so, the four of them set to work.

Aubrey was in charge of the sweeping and mopping, while Basil set to work on the garden, checking on the plants and weeding. Kel cleaned out the rooms on the second floor, while Sunny dusted and cleaned the ornaments and cupboards. This took up a good bit of their time, so it was already early afternoon when they finished.

Both Aubrey and Basil were sitting on the sofa, chattering energetically. Sunny was walking through the landing of the second floor, looking for Kel. Sunny found Kel in his bedroom, staring at the wall of medals on Hero's side of the room. Sunny crept over to Kel hugging him from behind. Kel jumped slightly, then smiled.

"What's wrong?" Sunny asked. Kel smiled falsely.

"Nothing's wrong."

"Don't lie to me. I know when something's off with you." Sunny muttered. Kel sighed.

"I'm just worried about Hero. What if he does something bad?"

"He won't."

"How do you know?"

"Cuz' Aubrey and Basil will be there to help us. They promised to keep us safe." Sunny said, smiling softly. Sunny stood on his tiptoes and kissed Kel on the cheek.

"We'll be alright." Sunny assured, his eyes shining. Kel smiled, hugging Sunny.

"I believe you."
