So..... the book is finished! Yay :)
With 60 chapters, I feel like my writing slowly got worse(it so did) and I will explain the logic of Kel dying.
Hero apologised in the chapter he left, but I feel like giving him redemption in 1 chapter after spending half the book painting him as the bad guy wouldn't work out, so I thought it would be best for him to act the way he was acting before, since he found out abt Kel and sunny. For the ending, I had to go check the book "Watermelons" (also a suntan story) cuz someone died in it as well, and I wanted to make sure I did the epilogue right.
As you can probably tell, the epilogue takes place after Kel's funeral, and instead of giving the story a happy ending, I decided to make it more realistic.
THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO MEAN THAT SUNNY KEEPS ON TRYING TO BLOCK OUT ANYTHING THAT REMINDS HIM OF KEL.
I like to think that the reader can make up what happens after the ending. If the story finishes, the reader can continue it if they feel like, which is basically fan fiction at this point, so you can feel whatever you like about the ending, and make up what happens afterwards on your own.
I probably won't write another book, much less a suntan fanfic, cuz I don't really feel like it anymore. I'll still be active online cuz I have no life :')
