Later in the evening, Faye came to join us at my house after her shift was done. The three of us were sitting around the bonfire, continuing to clear off all the unwanted memories we had with Daisy. Well, it was actually only my thing but soon these two said, they would want to join me.

"To be honest with you guys, I've started feeling distanced from her maybe... 3 years back?" Faye sounded unsure as she threw off some Polaroids of her and Daisy. "But, I tried to ignore the feelings."

"Me too..." Evelyn added, throwing out some papers. "But, you know... we tried to accept her for who she was. But, maybe, we aren't matched."

Their ranting somehow made me chuckle. For, it was so incredibly funny how we stayed for so long even though Daisy had hurt us so many times before. This nonsense thing - exposing us by slandering online, was not the first time. She had done it a few times before and we just slid it away because she was a friend.

I simply thought that everyone had flaws and so did I. When she apologized to us for throwing us away just because of a misunderstanding, I told her we never take it to heart. Well, glad to say that I regretted my choice of words really well after it kept happening again and again.

Who could bear with it? Even the kindest heart got tired.

"I'm just curious..."

A voice was heard from behind us and the three of us glanced over to find the source. A man in a white shirt tucked in was staring at us with both hands pocketed. Sangyeon and his dramatic appearance would deserve an award. But, of course, I was more attracted to the demeanour next to him. No need to describe - my boyfriend.

The two of them strode closer to us, watching the ashes fly in the air with gleams in their eyes. Girls are scary, I read their thoughts.

Sangyeon continued with his speech afterwards, "Don't you guys ever think to meet Daisy and discuss this problem? Maybe she can tone down her childish act?"

Faye rolled her eyes - the only way to tell that she disliked the conversation, she did that a lot. Evelyn seemed to have thought about it. She breathed in before she uttered her stance, "I did think about it. And I think maybe I ca-"

"No, I don't," I cut her, unfazed saying my stance as slowly I trailed my gaze to Sangyeon. He knew what kind of emotion I wore because he pursed his lips as our eyes met.

In the first place, I knew why Sangyeon brought this topic up. He mentioned you guys to not look so obvious that he was suggesting me to meet Daisy. Sangyeon was trying to solve this matter as soon as possible so that he could bring me out to the public again as the writer, Ivy.

But, I'd had enough of toleration when it came to Daisy. So, I won't.

"I'm certain that this is all misunderstanding," Sangyeon voiced out his opinion, watching me stand up. "Daisy has no sign of backing off, so maybe you guys can start first."

"Evelyn and Faye are free to go, I'm not holding them up," I paused, smiling towards the boss. "I'm not going. Never."

I scoffed, tightening the cardigan around my figure when Sangyeon called my name. Told ya, I know what is in his head.

"I'm heading inside first," at that, I walked away, hugging myself as I trailed the track. Someone was following me but neither did I could guess who. Wouldn't it be dramatic if it was Sangyeon? Did he really want to look desperate?

Nonetheless, I just knew that it wouldn't be him. And it concreted when the person softly grasped my hand as soon as I stepped into the backdoor. It was Kevin.
