There was a wish that Kevin voiced out to me and I was trapped, not being able to escape before granting it though deep down I wished I had never heard of it.

I meant... who wouldn't be falling for it? While we were in my room, reviewing my bookshelf, he started with a brag.

"You still remember how I said I only believed my starlight, right?" And he continued before I could say something. "Because my starlight will always grant my wish?"

I didn't lie that I was full of pride when he said those. He scripted it so well that I couldn't sense the real deal he made. I only realized when he said, "Please do something for me."

And obviously, I couldn't back off because that was my weakness. His request, his wish and everything related to him were my weakness.

"You owe me one, Kevin Moon. Don't even think to run away," I spoke to him through the phone, his laughter echoed from the end of the line.

"When you come down, I'll give you the warmest hug you've ever had," he said which made me automatically look down from the ledge of the open space on the second floor I currently stood by. He was standing next to his car as he waved his hand rather enthusiastically at me. If only he knew, I couldn't see him well because of the sunglasses I wore.

"It's summer, silly," I slid the sunglasses down my nose bridge to see him better. "Do you think that it is the best gift?"

"Then tell me later what you want."

I hummed before we ended the call simultaneously.

This place was a cafe Kevin said belonged to a friend; temporarily closed because of a renovation. So, it will be the perfect place because nobody will see you, he said. No matter how pretty this place was and the view from this open space, I couldn't help myself from sighing.

When I said I could sense him scheming something, I should've known that he was planning this. He wanted me to have a 1:1 talk with Hong Joochan.

Angry? Probably I was but somehow I trusted him on this matter and should follow the track to see how it unveiled.

Boisterous footsteps were then heard before they stopped, being replaced with an annoying breathing sound. I just knew that the main character for today had arrived.

I took off the sunglasses, unfazed staring at him who was now marching towards me. Joochan seemed to finally realize the boundary I set for us that he stopped right 4 feet away.

"I..." He started with a foolish smile on his face. "I... I am so happy that you finally want to talk to me."

Exaggerating.

"Don't be too happy..." My speech dragged as I turned back facing the view, Kevin was no longer standing by his car. "I'm here just because Kevin asked."

Joochan then parked himself next to me, holding the warm steel railing. "Well, I'm happy Kevin asked you to."

I scoffed, "Straight to the point, then. From where do you want me to start?"

"I want to start first," his reply instantly made my head turn, finding his face. He sounded serious and that was rare. Which, I shouldn't have wasted time on this. Who knew he would change his mind?

So, I beckoned him to continue.

At first, he looked hesitant, anxious even. He kept biting his lower lip and his palm seemed to be constantly sweating as he kept wiping them against his jeans. I hated to say this but I knew him way too well to understand his body language. He would do something good.
