(RWBY)-Glynda Goodwitch: Marking Papers.

I stood at the front of the class, teaching another session on natural survival today's topic was poisonous plants, what to avoid and what not to. It was coming to the end of the last period of the day on Friday. I pointed to a group of plant pictures on the board.

Y/N: "As you can see these purple flowers are some of the ones you need to avoid, there is this lighter purple one known as violetus here that has no negative effect but has no benefit either that has been discovered. However, it has been confused for the other before so it's best just to avoid it all together."

The bell rang to indicate the end of the period. All the students started to pack up and leave.

Y/N: "Right I want a minimal 3000-word essay done this weekend from all of you distinguishing the difference between the plants you can use and the ones to avoid."

There was a groan from the class.

Y/N: "Yeah yeah I know I'm the worst teacher, but imagine how I feel, I have to read all of your essays."

Casy: "Then why assign us this Professor, just save both you and us the trouble by leaving it."

Y/N: "As much as I would love to Casy it's my job and it's part of the curriculum to help you pass and become full-fledged hunters. And those who do not complete this assignment and hand it in on Wednesday will not be going on the field trip next weekend so keep that in mind."

Another collective groan escaped their lips.

Y/N: "Dems da break's kiddies besides you're lucky it's actually supposed to be 5000 words but I cut it down to 3 so you're welcome, I do hope you have a lovely weekend and I'll see you all on Monday. Now get out of here."

They all rushed out to get back to their dorms and most likely spent the weekend with Their friends instead of doing homework. I got a few buys and enjoy your weekend Professor from some of them as I packed my desk.

Chad: "Thanks again, Professor S/N."

Y/N: "No probs and good luck with the game Chad."

Chad: "Thanks, we'll make Beacon proud."

Y/N: "Of that, I have no dought."

Jack: "Hay Professor, let's spar this weekend, come on."

Y/N: "Told you Jack, pass your finals and I'll talk to the headmistress about it."

Jack: "Oh come on that's unfair."

Y/N: "That's what we agreed upon."

Jack: "Alright fine. See you profess."

Once everyone else was gone, from the back of the class walked a sensational blonde beauty with green eyes and glasses.

Glynda: "That was quite the interesting lecture there professor."

Y/N: "Headmistress Goodwitch, I am pleased that you did not find it dull like most of my students, though I do try my best to make most of my lessons as fun and entertaining as possible, I will admit I failed a bit on this last one."

Glynda: "You did well, most of them seemed to get what you said and were focused enough. Is there other business you have elsewhere at the moment?"

Y/N: "Just some filing to do but that shouldn't take long. Why do you inquire?"

Glynda: "Oh I just thought you would be willing to help me grade some papers in my office, there are a lot to get through myself but with an extra pair of hands it could be done by the end of tonight."

She walked up to me and whispered in my ear tracing her finger down my arm.

Glynda: "It would also allow us to spend some private quality time together."
