38. Who hurts who?

"Someone hurt Arthur!" Says Pierre and he takes a seat on the sofa next to Lorenzo and Charles.

"You saw Arthur?" Asks Charles and Pierre nods.

"He was in panic, running around in the paddock looking for the exit. I grabbed him when I didn't get his attention. I called him a few times, but he kept running, and I went after him and could grab him. There was a handprint on his cheek. Someone slabbed him, and he didn't tell me who!" Explains Pierre and he didn't notice the facial expressions of the Leclerc brothers.

"We need to go to him to talk!" Adds Pierre

"You know where he is?" Ask Charles.

"A boy, what was he called? Ben?....Den? Something like that. But he called and told Arthur to come and then Arthur got panicked all over again." Says Pierre.

"Dennis?" Asks Charles and Pierre snaps his fingers and points at Charles.

"Yeah, that's the name." Says Pierre.

"So he's to the F2 paddock?" Asks Charles and Pierre nods.

"You don't think Dennis did that... Wait maybe that is why Arthur got so panicked and walked back." Says Pierre with a gasp.

"Pierre." Says Lorenzo.

"Who's that Dennis boy? Is he friends with Arthur?" Asks Pierre and started rambling.

"Pierre." Says Lorenzo again feeling a heavy feeling in his stomach but Pierre didn't listen.

"Why would you hurt friends!"

"Pierre."

"That's why Arthur was so scared and went back."

"Pierre."

"That man is controlling Arthur and bossing him around!" Says Pierre and grabs Charles his arm.

"You need to do something. We can't let someone hurt him like that." Says Pierre to Charles and his eyes are big.

"Pierre, I slapped Arthur." Lorenzo breaks Pierre's chatter and the Frenchman looks in shock at Lorenzo.

"You did what?" Asks Pierre

"It was an accident, we had a discussion and he got me so mad and lashed out." Explains Lorenzo and Pierre's eyes get big.

"That's crazy."

"I'm not happy with it either, Pierre!" Says Lorenzo.

"Wait, how did it get so far that you slap your own family? Your own brother! Lorenzo what the hell?" Asks Pierre and he doesn't understand it.

He doesn't understand how you can hurt someone who's family, or even worse your own little brother.

"You've made everything 10 times more worse now in your situation." Says Pierre and Lorenzo nods.

"I know. He just pissed me off so badly, and I just couldn't control myself. Like before I could think about it, I have already done it."

"Sorry Lorenzo but you are an asshole for that. Do you even know how hard you hit him? Your whole hand is seen on his cheek, and it's probably going to be blue." Says Pierre.

"What you did is terrible and even when you are mad it is not acceptable to hurt your own little brother! He was full in a panic attack and I didn't even get to him with my words. He couldn't focus on my words and was busy in his head till that phone call!"

“Oh my gosh.” Whispers Lorenzo while he puts a hand in his head.

"I just can't understand." Says Pierre.
