34. Same old situation

"I guess you really are my lucky charm."

Arthur turns his head to the right and smiles at Dennis when he hears his voice.

"Maybe you were right." Laughs Arthur and Dennis join him and go forward and hugs Arthur.

"I didn't know you were here!" Says Dennis .

“Surprise?” Says Arthur.

He didn't expect Dennis his arms around him and Arthur felt his body stiffen, before he carefully wraps his arms around Dennis when he realized what was happening.

"Oh sorry." Says Dennis and he lets Arthur go when he realizes that they are giving each other a hug.

"Don't worry." Says Arthur and smiles at him but Dennis still set a step away from him, making a bigger gap between them.

“Since when are you here?” asks Dennis.

"Thursday, but it's a long story." Says Arthur

"We were texting when you were already here?" Asks Dennis and Arthur nods.

Arthur hates to see the disappointed impression on Dennis his face.

Another person he lets down.

"Dennis!" Shouts Sander and Dennis look around and nods at the man.

"I need to go. Can we meet up?" Asks Dennis and Arthur nods.

"I would like that." Says Arthur and Dennis nods.

"I will text you." Says Dennis and then he walks away. "So we can talk." Says Dennis and again, Arthur nods.

He doesn't get words out. Is Dennis angry at him for not telling him he's here? Why?

Dennis walks away and Arthur steps away from the fences.

He heads towards the paddock, it's a lot busier than it was an hour ago.

He sees lots of people looking at him, phones are up and follow his steps. Are they filming him?

Well that's something he maybe needs to get used to now.

He has the cap in his hands, he forgot to put it on, but putting it on now is too late.

He sees people walking to him and his eyes widen. He looks around and his eyes fell on the McLaren hospitality.

Two people became more people and they start shouting.

He quickly walks towards the McLaren hospitality and walks inside.

He closes the door behind him and leans against the door.

And then he looks up.

"Oh Hello?" Says Oscar with wide eyes and Arthur swallows.

"Hello." Says Arthur awkwardly.

"I'm sorry." He adds and Oscar looking behind him.

"I think you've got the wrong hospitality mate." Says Oscar and Arthur looks down, at his bright red hoodie.

"I know, I'm so sorry but those girls came at me and I didn't know what to do." Says Arthur.

Again Oscar looks behind him and he see a group of people on the other side of the door.

“Are they bothering you?” Ask Oscar

"I don't know I-"

"Arthur!" He stops talking, and a hand is put on his shoulder. "It was Arthur right?" Asks Lando and Arthur nods.
