3rd person's POV

Chaerin's heart started beating so fast, "Why is he saying that?"

She decided to leave the columbarium because of the mixed feelings she has. Chaerin rode a cab to the mansion where Felix is waiting for her to arrive. They both agreed to meet there and go to the apartment together.

During the ride, she can't forget what she heard from Hyunjin. It was like so unexpected for her because she never saw any signs from Hyunjin that he likes her. Now that she is hearing that, she doesn't know what to feel.

But she is really excited.

As she arrived, Felix is waiting outside the mansion, leaning on his car and he looks bored waiting for  Chaerin to arrive.

"What took you so long?" he annoyingly asked

"I just forgot to get something-" Chaerin

"And you rode a cab? You could've told me. I would've waited for you." he said

Chaerin rolled her eyes, "Why are you still here? You could've went to the apartment."

"I was waiting for you, so we could show up together in front of the royal couple." Felix said

"Why? Do you want them to see us together and think that there's something going on between us? Huh? Do you like me that much?" Chaerin jokingly said

Felix just looked at her and rolled his eyes, "They will kill me if they find out that I left you there. Also, they told me that they wanted to talk to you about something."

"Why?" she asked

"I don't know. Maybe they found out that you let me see your underwear-" Felix

She pinched his arm, "Shut your mouth. I didn't let you see my underwear. I forgot that we were using the same bathroom. It happened once!"

He chuckled.

They both went inside. As they were walking from the big gate to the main door, Felix was laughing at her and Chaerin was so annoyed of the man who is behind her.

It happened once, Chaerin was using the bathroom and left in a hurry. After their class, Felix went to the bathroom and found her underwear and panicked, he shouted for Chaerin to come. Felix never forgot about it and kept teasing Chaerin for what happened.

As they entered the main door, the royal couple were sitting on the couch, drinking their tea. There were another couple sitting with them and their son who looks like in the same age as Sena, even Sujin was there. Chaerin and Felix bowed as soon as they saw them.

"What took you two so long?" Queen Freya asked

"Chaerin was being clumsy and forgot something." Felix said

"Chaerin, come here." Queen Freya said and she did went to the queen, "This is Ahn Chaerin, who has been with us for years. He is Felix's personal assistant and been studying with him in the same class. Meet the Ryu Clan."

"I am Lady Iseul, this is Lord Hoon, my husband. This is my first child, Ryu Minki, and this is Moon Sujin." she introduced

Chaerin is confused why she is being introduced to them when she is not even part of any clan. She just bowed to them even though she doesn't really know who they are.

"You do look like her." Minki said referring to the late Princess Chinsun

"Pardon, look like who?" Chaerin asked

"Princess Chinsun." he smiled as he answered

Felix who was confused earlier why all of these were happening, the sudden introduction of Chaerin to the Ryu clan, to Lady Iseul personally introducing themselves to Chaerin. Now, he figured out why. He exactly knew what is happening.

"Sit down with us." King Jacob said

Both Felix and Chaerin sat with them. Heiran came and handed them cup of tea. She looked at Heiran as she is confused about what is happening but Heiran smiled at her.

"Sujin." Lady Iseul called

Sujin gave Chaerin a brown envelope, "It was a DNA test result of you and Lady Iseul. You are their missing daughter."

She looks confused and looked at the result, "What? I'm confuse. What is happening? What's with the DNA test result? How?"

"A car accident happened when you were still a baby, your Father and I were saved and brought to the hospital, we just heard a rumor about you dying in the accident. A year ago, we received a letter that you are our missing daughter, Chaerin." Lady Iseul explained as tears fell from her eyes

"We don't know how exactly that happened, but we had you investigated. Sujin helped us find out the truth." Lord Hoon added

"We already found out weeks ago but you chose to stay silent as we don't want you to be surprised, Chaerin. Instead, we asked Sujin to stay with you and protect you." Minki said

"I'm sorry. I don't know what to say." Chaerin said as tears started falling from her eyes

Meanwhile, Felix who is sitting beside her was trying to figure out what to do, how to help Chaerin now that everything happened so fast.

"We understand, Chaerin. You deserve to know. We just want to see you and have the chance to finally be with you." Lord Hoon said and his voice was shaking as if he wanted cry

Lady Iseul went to Chaerin, crying, then she hugged her tight, "We missed you, Chaerin."

Finally. She found her own family after a long time of longing for them.
