Chan's POV

I went to class as early as I can. I am assigned to distribute the papers for each student before our class even starts. As soon as I arrived, the papers were already on the teacher's table.

I distributed the papers even though students are not here yet. I think this is for our class activity, that's why we were told to review the previous lecture we had.

"Why are you early?" Changbin asked as he arrived

"Papers."

"Oh, yeah. I forgot you are assigned." he said and took his seat

I was about to finish distributing the papers-

"Felix?"

He arrived. He is wearing sunglasses as he entered the room, he just nod his head to us which I think is his way of greeting us. He then went straight to the seat in front of Changbin without even saying a word.

When did he arrive?

Changbin looked at me and shrugged his shoulder.

"Hey." I greeted and handed him the papers, "Professors will be giving us activity. We were also told to study the previous lecture."

"Where did you go for days? King and Queen were looking for you. You okay? We visited your apartment but you weren't there." Changbin said

Felix took off his sunglasses- His eyes are so puffy, and he looks like he just cried so much. He deeply sighed.

"What happened? Why are your eyes puffy?"

"I didn't get enough sleep last night. Jet lagged." he answered and put back the sunglasses again

He is lying.

Students started arriving one by one and their attention was caught by Felix who is wearing his sunglass, and he came back after a few days of not attending. Anyway, their attention was quickly caught by the papers on their desk.

Our friends arrived as well, and even them, they are curious with Felix's presence right now. I mean he suddenly came out of nowhere with no messages from him or even notification that he is coming back.

"Did something happen?" Jisung asked me

"I don't know."

Minho arrived and he doesn't seem surprised with Felix sitting in our class. He just went straight to his seat. Why does it feel like they are keeping something from us?

"Did Minho and Felix fought?" Seungmin asked

"I'm not sure. Maybe not. Maybe they are just not in the mood to talk." Jeongin said

"It's for us to find out."

A few minutes after, Chaerin arrived with Sujin and Hyunjin. The moment she entered and accidentally glanced at Felix, she quickly looked away as if she didn't see Felix at all. Same with Felix. He is not even looking at Chaerin's direction.

This is so new. Usually, Felix would talk to us about Chaerin, or he would go to her and make fun of her. Seeing them right now, it doesn't feel right. There is something going on for sure.

Hyunjin who is not really showy with his feelings for Chaerin made me even wonder. What is he doing with her?

"Okay, everyone. Good morning. I hope things- Oh! Felix and Chaerin. You two are back. May I know the reason for not being able to attend your classes?" Professor asked

Chaerin didn't talk.

"As for me, something came up. I'm sorry for not notifying you about it." Felix said

"And you Chaerin?" Professor

"Lord Hoon will be the one to take talk to you about it, professor." Sujin said, trying to protect Chaerin

"Okay. I thought you guys were together." Professor

"Okay. Time's up!" Professor said

"We're not done yet." some of the students said in unison which made the professor laugh

"You guys, I've given you enough time. Anyway, five minutes more and then you will pass the paper." Professor said

"Minho."

"I'm not done." he said

I handed him my paper, "What happened with Chaerin and Felix?"

"As you can see, they are avoiding each other. That's what happened." Minho answered

"And the reason is?"

"Well, his parents wanted her to leave their son alone." he said

"Huh? What? King Jacob? Why?"

"I'm still not done-" Minho

"Fine."

I just let him finish. After a few minutes, professor wanted the paper so we all passed our papers. Based on my observation, Chaerin and Felix are really avoiding each other.

"Chan, can you bring these papers to my table? I have a meeting to attend." he said and dismissed our class

Minho took the papers, "I'll tell you why."

We went to the office.

"Felix and Chaerin are really together these past few days, in Haneuldo. It was kind of my fault but anyway, they were getting along- or should I say they are engaged even though Felix is in an arranged marriage with Aina." Minho

"What?!"

"Shocking, right? Chaerin told me the same thing. King and Queen went there yesterday and told Chaerin about the marriage and told her to stay away from Felix. So, she did." he said

"That's fucking crazy. I mean Felix love Chaerin, right? He proposed to her despite the risk."

"More shocking is that I am expecting Felix to kneel and beg Chaerin to come back to him and never leave. That's not what is happening right now. No one is crying nor begging. He is not doing anything. He never talked to her the moment they saw each other." Minho

He is right. I wonder if Felix realized something.

Is he giving up on her?
