Chaerin's POV

I fell asleep after having a conversation with Felix. The conversation I had with him really shocked me- I mean I never thought his parents would make him marry someone. I have known them and they were really supportive of Felix ever since.

I'm starting to think if the other clan wanted that and did something for the royal couple to make Felix marry their daughter.

Right now I'm just looking at the island we are gonna arrive. There are people standing there as if they are waiting for us.

"They are part of the family." Felix told me as he appeared beside me

"Your relatives?"

"No. Everyone who takes care of us is considered as our family." he said and smiled

As we arrived at the little port, people started coming to us, especially to Felix. They are greeting him with smile on their faces.

"Thank you." Felix answered as they gave him lots of compliment

It's 3 am. That's why there's not much people gathered to be here for Felix. I am sure everyone is thrilled to have him here, knowing that he is the future King of the country.

"It's nice to see you here, your highness. We are all glad that you decided to come here again." a man said, I think he is in his mid 40s.

"I'm excited to be here. Anyway, this is Ahn Chaerin. She is my guest for a few days here." he introduced

I bowed to them and smiled.

"This is the island chief, Gyuwon." Felix introduced the man to me

"It's nice meeting you." I said and shake hands with him

"It's also nice meeting you, young lady." Chief Gyuwon said

"Anyway, we all should take some rest and continue the conversation later. I am sure you all are tired for waiting." Felix told them

"It's a pleasure to see you again, your highness. Everyone is so excited to finally have you here after years." Chief Gyuwon

People started leaving while Chief Gyuwon and Felix are still talking, and Chungho is still staying with us but he is not talking much.

"No one is supposed to know we're here, even my parents." Felix told him

"You know our people. No one would tell anyone your whereabouts, your highness." Chief Gyuwon said

I didn't know they have an island. I mean they never brought it up nor his friends mentioned it. This is a good thing. If they are in trouble or danger, they just need to go here, no one would rat out about them.

"Father." someone called, a man wearing a black hoodie with gray sweatpants, "Your highness, it's nice to see you here."

"Stop with the formality, Yunho." Felix said and chuckled

"This is Yunho, my son." Chief Gyuwon introduced him to me

"Nice meeting you. I am Ahn Chaerin."

He smiled.

"Yunho and I spent a lot of time together whenever we visit the island. We are still in touch until recently." Felix explained

We had a great time talking to them until Felix and I decided to rest. They walked us to the rest house of the royal family. Felix and I have separate rooms, he has his own personalized room, while I am staying in the guest room. It was actually pretty nice.

I arranged my clothes in the closet and took a bath after. It's already 5 am in the morning and I can't sleep properly. Maybe because I fell asleep in the car and yacht, or maybe because I heard so much about Felix.

I just took my jacket with me and went to the kitchen to make some coffee, then sat on the couch at the balcony of the second floor.

No wonder this is called Haneuldo or Sky Island because of the heavenly view of the sea. Wait...

Felix told me in my dream that he wanted to live near the sea. Is this even a coincidence? He stayed here a few times before. I guess Felix really loves the sea.

"Can't sleep?" Felix suddenly appeared beside me

"Yeah."

"Is there something bothering you?" he asked

"Not much."

He nodded.

"I was really happy when I heard that my parents are still alive and that they have been looking for me for a long time. Imagine they hired someone to keep me company and even involved Hyunjin to confirm if I am really their daughter. It felt so unreal."

"What's wrong then?" Felix asked again

"I thought they wanted to find me because I am their daughter and I should be with them. I thought they wanted to meet me because they wanted to make it up for me after years of losing me."

"Isn't that what they are doing?" Felix

I shook my head.

"I mean I am not even surprised. You already told me that a prince should marry a princess, vice versa. I just can't process it that I am included in that rule you guys have."

"Well, it's a rule. A prince should marry a princess- What? What do you mean you're included? Are you in an arranged marriage?" Felix asked

I nodded.

"With Minho? So what? You guys are in a relationship." Felix

I can't tell him Minho and I are far from that.

"Being in a relationship doesn't mean we are supposed to be married right away."

He didn't talk.

"I want to marry someone I want to spend my lifetime with."
