3rd person's POV

Felix saw Chaerin get in Jeongin's car which made him roll his eyes. He got in the car and the driver was about to drive away but then Felix noticed something.

"Wait." he said

He was staring at Hyunjin who got out of his car and got in Jeongin's car. Felix was confused why would the man get in the car for no reason. He then watched the car drive out of the university.

"Your highness?" the driver called

"Let's go. Follow that car." he said

The driver obeyed the order and followed Jeongin's car. Inside the car, Felix was so determined to know where they are going. There is a part of him that even though Chaerin was with his friends, he can't seem to give them his full trust.

Meanwhile, in Jeongin's car, the three were talking about random things. Chaerin was so happy to finally talk to other friends- She talked to them before but as the maid of the palace. Now, she can talk to them freely as their friend.

"Your highness, why is Chaerin in that car?" the driver asked

"I don't know. It seems like she found her new friends and I am being thrown away." Felix complained

"She can't make you feel like that. Should I tell-" driver

"No. I'll handle this on my own." he said

The driver knew Felix for a long time and he saw how close Felix is with his friends- But he knew how happier Felix was when he is with Chaerin. The driver knew that Felix found a new friend.

As they saw Jeongin's car parked in front of the house, Felix just looked at them get out of the car and went inside the house.

"Let's go home." Felix told the driver

On their way home, Felix was thinking about doing something that will make him less worried and bothered.

They arrived at the palace, Felix went straight to his room and changed his clothes. He started doing some tasks they were assigned to do but he can't seem to focus.

"Your highness, it's Heiran." Heiran said as she knocked on the door

"Come in." Felix said

Heiran came in with some snacks, "Her majesty ordered me to bring you some snacks."

"Thank you." he said and told her to put it on the table

"Did Chaerin stayed behind, your highness?" Heiran asked

"She went with Jeongin and Hyunjin for the discussion notes." Felix answered in a very disappointed tone

"She should've asked you- I mean you will surely willingly let her borrow your notes." Heiran

"Exactly! She should've done that." Felix said in a very loud voice and rolled his eyes

Heiran looks surprised with the prince's reaction, which given her a clue, "I am not sure but I think Hyunjin is her ideal type. She asked me about him a lot of times-"

"She did? Why? For what?" Felix kept asking looking confused

"I'm not sure, your highness. I forgot everything that we talked about but I know she is curious about Hyunjin." Heiran

"There's nothing to be curious about with that milky skinned guy." he whispered and rolled his eyes

Heiran looks to be having fun with teasing the prince.

"Can you call Chaerin? And ask her what time is she going home because the palace gate might close." Felix said

"Yes, your highness. Right away!" Heiran said and dialed the number

It's been hours since Heiran called Chaerin and said that she'll be home in a while. Everyone in the palace is already sleeping so peacefully, except for the prince.

Felix was in his room looking through the window to see if Chaerin is arriving but there's no one. He got so impatient and took his car keys and went downstairs. He was about to leave when he saw a car entering the palace gate.

"Hyunjin's car?" he asked himself

It was parked in front of the palace, and Felix watched Hyunjin hurriedly gets out of the car and opened the door for Chaerin-

"Chaerin?! Alone?!" he asked in a loud voice that echoed in the palace

But that didn't bother him.

He was watching them talking and laughing which kept making his eyes roll a lot of times. He was so annoyed of what he is seeing at the moment.

"What the fuck is he telling her?" Felix rolled his eyes once again

What more annoyed him is that Felix texted Chaerin with, "Heiran is looking for you." He saw how she looked at it and didn't even bother replying to his message.

"Ahn Chaerin, who told you that you can be romantically involved with people around me?" he whispered while watching them

Finally, they bid their goodbyes, and Chaerin waved her hand as she watched the man drive away. A smile appeared on her face as she is walking to the main entrance-

"Who are you to flirt in front of my house?" Felix asked as soon as he opened the door

Chaerin stopped walking and looked behind her then glanced at Felix, "Me?"

"Who else?" Felix asked

"But Hyunjin and I weren't flirting at all. We were just talking and he also offered me his discussion notes which might help-" Chaerin

"So you think that their notes might help you and not mine?" Felix

"It's not that, your highness." Chaerin felt bad and bowed

"What else he told you?" Felix

"He asked me to go to the new cafe near the university. He wanted to try it with me." Chaerin

"Who else you two will go with?" Felix

"Me only-" Chaerin

"With you alone?!" he screamed
