3rd person POV

A high-class bar that Seungmin bought for the night to celebrate his birthday was full of his friends, loud music, and alcohol. Seungmin was already there 30 minutes before the party to make sure everything was going well. As soon as he got there, he received neverending greetings from different people.

Everyone in the country knew about his birthday because he is a royal. There are a lot of billboards with his face on it, numerous articles, and talk shows that have been talking about him.

Out of all the Prince or Princess, he is the only one that celebrated his birthday openly. Usually, royalties would celebrate it with only some people they knew.

It was almost 7pm and people that Seungmin had invited to his party started arriving with gifts. Some are from royal families, and some ordinary people whom he has known for a long time.

"Happy birthday, Seungmin!" Jisung shouted as he arrived at the venue, carrying a gift he bought last minute.

"Hey. Thank you." Seungmin smiled

"Guess what I bought you?" Jisung asked excitedly

"One week free use of your private plane." he answered

"How did you know?" Jisung looks shocked

"Dude, you already told me about this." he chuckled and took it

His other friends started arriving as well with the gifts he bought them except for Felix, Aina, Hyunjin, and Chaerin. His eyes kept wandering as he was trying to look for them but he didn't find them at all.

"They will be here if they want to." Changbin said as he drank the bottle of his alcohol

They are currently at the private open area only for them. They had different alcohols on the table and some foods that were served specially for them only.

"Did Hyunjin choose this alcohol?" Chan asked as he drank

"He did, and paid for everything." Seungmin answered

"Great choice." Jeongin said

"Have you heard from them yet?" Minho asked as he sat with them

"Where did you go?" Chan asked

"I just greeted some friends." he answered

"If you're gonna make out with other girls, make sure no one will put it on some articles. Your parents are so fed up with your behaviour." Seungmin laughed

They were drinking and having so much fun watching other people dance on the dance floor. People kept arriving which is why they had to limit the people attending the party.

"Oh! Felix and Aina!" Jeongin shouted as he saw them walking towards their direction

"I'm glad you guys came." Seungmin said as he received a gift from both of them

"Happy birthday, Seungmin." Aina smiled at him

"I hope you're having so much fun." Felix chuckled

Aina and Felix sat with them.

"Congratulations on your engagement!" Changbin shouted and handed them a glass of alcohol

"Thank you." Aina answered

Felix didn't even reply to that greeting.

"I wasn't expecting you guys to be here. I mean you said you guys are not sure yet about going here." Seungmin said

"I can't miss your birthday–" Felix

"Hyunjin! Chaerin! You guys came!" Jisung excitedly said as he saw the two which caught everyone's attention

What caught their attention even more is their hands intertwined as they reached their area. Everyone kept glancing at it, but Felix is doing his best to avoid looking at it.

"Seungmin, happy birthday!" Chaerin cheerfully greeted the birthday celebrant and gave him a hug

"Happy birthday." Hyunjin greeted as well

"Thank you for the alcohol. Everyone loved it." Seungmin told him

"Of course." he smiled

Everyone is finally present. They are all just sitting and drinking their alcohol while talking about random things. There is no awkwardness between Chaerin, Aina, and Hyunjin but there is with Felix.

"Congratulations on your engagement, Aina and Felix." Chaerin told them with a smile on her face

Everyone became silent with that simple greeting.

"Right. Congratulations to the both of you." Hyunjin greeted as well

Felix is confused why she looks so happy greeting them about their engagement. His mind is full of thoughts– she knew that Felix was so heartbroken about it.

"Thank you." Aina replied to them with a smile as well

Everyone is feeling awkward with that simple interaction.

"So, have you guys heard about my parents plan on studying abroad? I mean it was such a sudden decision for them." Jisung said as he is trying not to make it awkward

"What? Why? For what reason?" Changbin

"Yeah, for what reason? I mean we're graduating students." Seungmin said

"I bet Jisung is getting on their last nerves which made them design to make him leave." Chan laughed

"What? Of course not! I don't know why as well. One thing is for sure, I don't want to go whether they force me or not. I'm not going." Jisung said

"Funny you mentioned studying abroad. I had a conversation with Lord Hoon and Lady Iseul, they mentioned that they are sending Chaerin abroad to study along with Hyunjin." Minho said

Chaerin is trying to read Minho's expression but it was so blank. She doesn't know what Minho is talking about as she never talked to them. It's either true or Minho is lying.

"What? Really?" Jeongin

"Should we go? I mean it's great to have some people I know. Are we going to the same country?" Jisung asked

"With Hyunjin? Why?" Chan asked

"Hyunjin and Chaerin are in a relationship– her parents trust him a lot." Minho said
