Iman Harriott ~The guests stood up from their seats as we were made aware by Jasmine's mother that the bride will be walking down the aisle at any given moment.
It was now silent as the music changed to the mini orchestra playing their version of Wagner's here comes the bride.
Everybody all looked at the direction of Jasmine now walking down the aisle with her father and it was honestly such a beautiful and breathtaking moment to watch.
Jasmine was absolutely stunning in her wedding dress, when she walked down. Jasmine had her hair slicked in a beautiful bun that went elegantly with her floral designed white mesh veil and bandeau a-line dress. The top half of her dress was stitched and embroidered with flowers, while the veil had stitched flowers moderately spread out nicely from the top to the bottom of her veil.
I caught a glimpse of Dimitri and I saw a tear drop from his eye that made me want to also tear up too. I really am so happy for him and he deserves to have a love like this.
Before releasing Jasmine to Dimitri, we watched as her father gave her a kiss on her forehead. Almost as if he was kissing her farewell. Like I mean he was in a way because the father gives away his daughter to the groom traditionally at weddings type of thing.
Jasmine met with Dimitri as they connected eyes with each other lovingly.
"You look so beautiful" I heard him whisper to her
"So do you..." she said back with a big smile

"Your speech was lovely..." I heard the voice of Alistair as he crept up beside me, while I was picking a piece of food from the buffet table
I had to make sure that speech was lovely.
I could've freestyled my speech but I was afraid that I would've said something that would've made people side eye Dimitri and I's friendship.
We are strictly best friends and I would say platonic but that ended the minute we started getting into relationships. I wanted my speech to just be focused on how much of a good friend Dimitri is and how lucky he is to have found a woman like Jazz.
"Of course it was lovely, that's my best friend..." I stated confidently
"Not as lovely as the dress you are wearing..." Alistair took no time in admiring the satin mermaid dress that I had on for the wedding as a bridesmaid
"Hmm well I do need to take this off at some point..." I was still picking out some more food, trying to act unbothered but I was really hot
Like it hasn't even been 24 hours since he's fucked me and I'm already horny!
"Would you like some help with that?" Alistair asked
"Help with what?" Alana came over, making my heart jump as I didn't even sense her coming at all
"...Help with what food I should put on my plate next. There are so many options, I just don't know what to choose from" I lied, smiling in her face
"How about the crab cake bites, I've seen a lot of people eating those, so they must be nice..." Alana suggested "...there's only a few left so I'd grab one before they're all done"
"Thank you Alana, so much more better than helping than your husband" I cheesed, taking a crab cake bite
I've actually had one of those earlier when the catering was walking around with appetisers on the boards, but she doesn't need to know that.
