Iman Harriott ~

"Well congrats. You finally got me pregnant..." I muttered, remembering the cocky threat Alistair once made to me at Uni

Racking a hand in his hair, eyes laser focused on the pink stick "Took me thirteen years though..." Alistair uttered, causing me to hit his arm

"Please..." I shook the laugh that threatened to come out, knowing we were both in a very serious situation

"So...what's on your mind?" Alistair asked

I looked up at him, releasing a sigh "Too much..." I expressed to him

"You don't have to come to a decision- let's sleep together..." my eyes nearly fell out of its sockets, at his words

"Alistair did you not see the-"

"Sleep as in sleep in the bed Iman" Alistair was leaning against the door frame, eyes rolling

"Sleep is a trigger word for me now" I raised a hand to my chest, trying to keep it light, even if my stomach was doing flips

"That is very funny, since you could not wait to jump on a fitted sheet the moment you stepped foot into your home" Alistair concluded, taking a hand out for me to hold as we made our way my bedroom

Alistair had watched me get on top of the mattress, before he even ended up beside me. He even softened the already made sheets, by straightening the creases with his hands and making sure the pillows were comfy for me to rest my head on.

Not a baby- probably not even a fetus as yet, but the fact that Alistair is already being attentive is giving me more of a reason to keep it.

"Do you think we spoke about having children into existence too soon?" I turned my head to a now laying Alistair beside me

"Probably, but it was bound to happen" Alistair responded

"It's all your fault Alistair!" I concluded, my arms crossed over my chest

"Me?!" Alistair rose his head in defence "it takes two to tango darling"

"You were the one talking all up in my ear that you wanted to put a baby in me" I spat out in defence

"And what did you say in response to that Iman?" He cocked a brow

It was silent, because I knew damn well what I said.

...

"...What position is this?..."

"...The one where you make me yours for good..."

...

"But Alistair you know when we're having sex we're not thinking with our brains..." I tried to excuse my sayings

"And this is the consequence..." Alistair laid his head to rest again on the pillow "...Also we have sex a lot, so you might've been pregnant before that"

"The test said I was 1 week pregnant Alistair" I gave him a deadpan response

"Right, it was definitely that particular yoga moment" Alistair summed up the obvious

The unserious conversation died down, as my hands were now resting upon the fabric of my top. My fingers strumming the non existent bump which would be my stomach, possibilities of keeping the unborn child or not.
