Iman Harriott ~My eyes fluttered, realising that my head was resting on the tone chest of Alistair, using him as a pillow. His muscular arms wrapped around my frame, as if he was scared that he'd loose me during his sleep.
I will never forget that he got mad at me for that when I did it to him once in uni.
I squinted my eyes, slowly becoming adjusted to my room. There was a golden hint of light that shone into my bedroom. The sky appeared orange and I just prayed that it was sunset instead of sunrise. I did not know how long Alistair and I were knocked out for, and I could not check the time as my phone was downstairs, remembering I didn't bring any of my belongings upstairs after I came back from work.
Shit! Mariah!
My brain jolted with the thought of Mariah still being in the house. I feel like such a bad friend. Alistair and I were supposed to just talk, and that turned into hours of lovemaking.
OMG, imagine if she heard us!
No that is so embarrassing. I don't need Mariah being repulsed by Alistair fucking me recklessly.
I looked away from the window, stopping myself from my thoughts as I looked at a very sleepy Alistair. He looked so at peace with himself. Like so cute and he's quiet as well so I can admire him even more this way. I didn't want to wake him up though. I didn't know how I was going to get out of his hold. He was securing me firmly.
I tried to use my hand to calmly and gently free myself from his hold, but I was met with a groan and an even tighter hold from him, as he pulled me into his body. "No, don't leave me..." he spoke lowly
He really is in love with me...
I couldn't help but stay put in his hold. Just hearing the words made me want to stay here forever, however, that thought quickly slipped out of my mind when I realised I needed to get out of his hold. Since he was not going to let me, he's going to have to wake up.
"Alistair...Alistair...Alistair..." I whispered his name three times. He was not budging "RYLE!" I shouted his surname and he instantly woke up
"What was that for?" He asked me, taking time to adjust
"I tried to be cute and call out your name quietly, but that didn't work, so I had to be aggressive instead..." I explained to him "...Also where is your phone?"
Alistair tilted his head in confusion, but then a smirk appeared on his face. I could tell bullshit was gonna spew out of his mouth "Do you possibly think I am being disloyal to you?..."
"I just want to know the time, but if you think you're funny, try it" I tested him, knowing he wouldn't dare
"I value you way too much to cheat on you..." he said seriously
"I know...but your phone, I need to see the time"
"It is probably somewhere in my clothes on the floor..." Alistair told me, getting ready to leave his grip and search his clothing, Alistair still restrained me from moving away from him "...Relax Iman..."
"No, I can't relax until I know if it is still Monday or if it is the next day..." I explained my worries to him, but he still looked at me crazily
"Look outside Iman, it's getting darker..." We both turned our heads
"Okay...I can relax now..." I hit my head softly on his chest, leaning his head to mine as he pecked me a couple times "I love you..." I couldn't help but tell him again
Honestly, it's my favourite phrase at this point.
"I love you too..." he smiled, giving me one last kiss.
