"Jo!"
The said person turned her head towards the direction, where the voice was coming from. To her no surprise, it was Sydney, running through the hall to approach her.
"Oh, Syd?"
Kakatapos lang ng meeting nila para sa org nila. Nagpaiwan lang saglit si Allianah para ayusin ang mga gamit sa locker niya, taking and leaving what she need and what she don't.
Nauna na si Jordyn para puntahan ang kotse niya sa parking lot, to drive it near the main gate so Allianah could hop in easily without the need to walk even further. Marami-rami rin kasing naka-kotse ngayon kaya nahirapan siyang maghanap ng parking-an kanina, only those far from the building were available.
Pero mukhang mas matatagalan pa ata siya dahil kay Sydney.
"Pauwi ka na? Saan si Yana?" Tanong naman sa kaniya ni Sydney. They're now walking together beside each other.
"May inasikaso lang sa locker. Si MJ?" It was now Jordyn's turn to ask.
"Hinihintay pa ma-check test papers niya. Patapos naman na siguro." Sydney shrugged as if she didn't wait for 30 whole minutes, and counting, for her best friend.
Jordyn nodded. "Sige, text ko si Iya. Wait na natin si MJ."
"Basta papayag siya ah?"
"Payag 'yan! Ano ka ba?"
Jordyn did as she said and sent a text message to Allianah before putting her phone back into her hoodie's pocket.
"Sabi ko kay Iya puntahan na lang tayo sa room ng HUMSS. Malapit lang naman locker area do'n."
"Ayun pala! Tara!"
Wala nang nagawa si Jordyn kundi magpahila kay Sydney papunta sa classroom ng HUMSS, kung saan nando'n si Mich.

Pagdating nila sa classroom, naabutan nila do'n si Mich.
And someone na 'di nila in-expect.
"Gab?" Jordyn muttered, surprised to see the tall girl still there. "Hindi ka pa pala umuuwi?"
"I just ran to a convenience store near the school earlier to get something." Gaille answered. She bit her lip, trying to think if she should ask Jordyn for someone.
She decided to just go for it or else, she would've ran and bought what she's holding right now for nothing.
"Have you guys... seen Serena?" Tanong ni Gaille sa kanila, hoping to get a hopeful answer from them.
"Hindi eh." Si Sydney naman ang sumagot. Once she saw how Gaille's expression shifted, she quickly added, "But we can look for her. Siguro naman nasa campus pa siya."
"Oh..." Bulong ni Gaille sa sarili, trying to restrain herself from smiling. "Is that so? Thanks, Sydney."
"Akin na, ako na magbitbit." Jordyn offered, in which Gaille gladly handed over.
"Thanks, you guys. Sorry if I wouldn't be here for too long. My family's waiting for me outside the main gate."
"Ay! Go na, Gab! Kami na bahala dito!" Sabi naman sa kaniya ni Jordyn.
